If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Dil,
Re the BB search facility - JT is going to review the whole of the BB's so it will during this that the search facility will also be improved.

I mentioned this when monitors were 1st being discussed - is it possible to input a sector - say UB52 - and have the monitor created with the constituent stocks?

skinny,
We will have a look to see what we can do and add it to the wish list.

Small but annoying issue...when you call up a chart and then use the delete button on the keyboard to change the Epic Code for another stock, it does not allow the command, unlike say the quote screen, which does. Any chance of fixing this in due course? JT

My L2s are still showing blue instead of brown when a trade is filled. Is it my machine or something at your end?

Maggot,
I have been watching this and set mine to go black so it was obvious when they were being removed - I have to say that It has been working fine here so I can only assume it is at your end - can anyone else let me know if they are having this delete problem?

IanT - can you have a look at the closing UT trades (everywhere, but I'm looking at BARC and CPW). Both are showing the UT correctly at 16:35, but then it is immediately echoed as 01:00:00 540.00 942,402 {no trade code}.
This is on Terminal streaming trades list.

BT,
I am not sure what is causing this, but I can see it - I will flag it up to our suppliers to see if they can get to the bottom of it.

Re ASC, there is a nasty data spike on the 10th of this month, the effect of which is to flatten out all the charting analysis. Please ask your data suppliers to remove asap. Thanks, JT

Level 2 and Level 1 data wrong today.
Many stocks missing MMs resulting in wrong L1 data.
e.g. WHOG usually has 5 or 6 MMs. Only 3 showing currently and you report it as 19% down.
It isn't!!

Did you see the data spike in ASC, it goes up to 1800p? Easy to see if you go to candles or bar chart, say or over a 1 or 3 month period. Rgds JT

Tullet - Thanks for not bothering to answer my post 2541.
I presume that your answer to Graeme Alexander about the fact that you have lost all data pre 09:30 is linked to my problem.
Presumably SETS stocks will be now be generally accurate as they are continuously updating, whereas both level2 and stockwatch for any non SETS stocks could be garbage.
It's wonderful that you seem to have such a lack of concern about providing the data that we pay for.....
Do you actually realise that we make trading decisions on the basis of the data that we see??

closing prices on al and aal wrong again - I take it this will be reflected in the candlestick and will throw graphs (if there are any now ?).
Too many data errors
