If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Re ASC, there is a nasty data spike on the 10th of this month, the effect of which is to flatten out all the charting analysis. Please ask your data suppliers to remove asap. Thanks, JT

Level 2 and Level 1 data wrong today.
Many stocks missing MMs resulting in wrong L1 data.
e.g. WHOG usually has 5 or 6 MMs. Only 3 showing currently and you report it as 19% down.
It isn't!!

Did you see the data spike in ASC, it goes up to 1800p? Easy to see if you go to candles or bar chart, say or over a 1 or 3 month period. Rgds JT

Tullet - Thanks for not bothering to answer my post 2541.
I presume that your answer to Graeme Alexander about the fact that you have lost all data pre 09:30 is linked to my problem.
Presumably SETS stocks will be now be generally accurate as they are continuously updating, whereas both level2 and stockwatch for any non SETS stocks could be garbage.
It's wonderful that you seem to have such a lack of concern about providing the data that we pay for.....
Do you actually realise that we make trading decisions on the basis of the data that we see??

Ian & Jonathon
Yes, I was a bit snappy, yesterday, but I think I have some right to be, when I don't seem to be getting the service that I pay for.
Although, it may appear to be rude of me to say so, it really isn't my problem, if you are a man(or many men) down.
I appreciate that there will always be some unplanned for problems cropping up from time to time, but there are still issues that appear to be unresolved from the "upgrade" of a couple of months back. It irritates me that I still have to doublecheck closing prices against AFN, before I am confident to use them in my spreadsheets.
Anyway, it was clear to me yesterday(after nearly making some trades on the back of the false data!) that there were serious problems with many stocks not reporting all MM quotes leading to L2 and L1 errors. I immediately recognise if MMs are missing on stocks that I regularly watch but would have been none the wiser with any unknown stocks that caught my eye...
Surely, if there is a serious data reliability problem like that, then it should be very clearly communicated to all users at the top of each screen and at the top of both BBs. Otherwise, your users can lose money as a result of inaccurate data.
Anyway, today's issue is the News flag on stockwatch.
I noticed yesterday that the first time I realised news was out on some stocks, was when an MM moved their quote, with the "N" flag appearing a significant time later.
Today WHOG issued results at 09:00 and, as I write this, at 09:55 there is still no news flag. I've seen this issue raised before but can't remember what the replies were..
C'mon chaps!
I really don't want to have to jump ship(although you may be glad to get rid of a moaning a--hole!).

Thread search still does not work well, two years now.
eg.
(1) try searching on thread creator or a combination of criteria
(2) would be nice if search results are sorted in a predictable way
(eg. by date)
Thanks.

Jonathon - The WHOG "N" flag appeared for me at between 09:55 and 10:00. Looking at the AFX timings, it was possibly these that triggered it.
I have just refreshed my screen and the ELH News flag has appeared.
It was not there before and the RNS was at 10:53. It may have simply been delayed or it may be my refresh that triggered its appearance.

Please note the ASC data spike previously reported is still, annoyingly, in place. Please ask your data supplier to remove it asap and ask them why their exception s/w had not detected it in the first place? After all we are looking at a 18 spike on a penny share and it makes a mockery of your charting s/w! Regards John
