Andy / Driver
This is very good news for SEO,
I must confess to being confused about Reisers. the RNS dated 17th August 04 states that "Stanelco had entered into an exclusive, non-binding heads of terms(?)with Reeisers concerning the use of Reisers tray lidding machines in the USA and Canada" Yet in todays RNS it states that (para 5) "Whilst Stanelco is yet to sign licence agreement for its Greenseal technology in North America"
I had thought originally that there was a Exclusivity deal with Reisers as with ASDA and i assumed that this would expire in August(ish, 12 months from original RNS) When i first read this mornings RNS i thought that the three months setting up time coincided quite nicely with the expiry with Reisers, this appears to not be correct (with no licenses having been issued in America). However it does mean that (If I read things correctly) America NOW offers unrestricted potential to Stanelco. I would assume that the issuing of licences will take a period of time to initiate, With this in mind, I would hope to see a number of licenses being issued over the next couple of months with commencement of modernisation of machines starting as soon as Premier are ready.
It all looks quite exciting for the future.
Best wishes to all
Nick

When SEO do tie up a deal in the US it will be another first - the yanks taking some responsibility for the environment!!! Holding these shares could really be a life-changer if you hold for 2-5years. Bye-Bye mortgage is my target and if being overweight in SEO is how I do it then so beit.

Good to see us pushing on again, back to the levels where we'd previously established our support. Think people will be closing short positions left right and centre on this news.

Amities / After selling my entire holding of 500,000 @ 18p on the day of the previous RNS announcement reg. Asda i didnt think l would be back into this gem until the impaction of the unavoidable rights issue was arrested and the dogfight between "shorters" in allegiance with speculators against "buyers" burnt itself out: and the company settled its c/c and drifted into a serene period of initial stability accompanied by moderate growth .And within 3 years absolutely staggering growth .But what with todays news coupled with witnessing shorters rapidly closing thier positions l feel that this is the start of what will prove a series of "deals" struck with various clients. This "green" environmently friendly packaging concept alone will do well not only in the USA but in countries like France, Holland, ltaly, and Belguim where the greens are represented not only in the Europeon parliment but in thier own national assemblies. SEO via the Financial press is only now beggining to secure the exposure it merits and only now are traders who hitherto simply didnt really understand its technology are awakening as to its true potential. This particular RNS acts as a nudge to remind the market SEO is NOT a single product company .The products are selling themselves. And why? Becuause they are in the true sense REVOLUTIONARY. ....Personally i relish the overtures and entry of of the big pharma players ,,,,,But im back in @17.2 ,,,,A matter of weeks ago i would NEVER have bought at that s/p when talk of a rights issue @ 10p-11p was mentioned at work no more than a month ago. ,,,,,Yet now ? ..l want a yaucht lol ......Lastly Simon C. Rememeber Regus under chapter 10 bankruptcy .You shorted me .You were wrong then !! And your wrong NOW Bonne chance . Faires attention a'bientot ....@+ J.

If the ASDA 12 month deal will generate revenues substantially in excess of 5m p.a. how much will the N. American deal generate - 30m p.a. less 50% JV share with Premier Tech = 15m p.a.? Who can do the maths what this means bottom line, Eric??

Quite a few sales of 500,000 tranches today.I hope SEO does'nt become a playground for week traders as distinct from shorters.Tomorrow being Friday,I am keeping cautiously "optimistic" about further rise in sp!
As I understand it,SEO won't actually have to do the machine conversions, rather advise and train,am I right?
Is this the same situation in the U.K?
They seem to be turning themselves into an intellectual property company.Have they any serious competitors in this field or do they hold unique patents?
Thanks,Ethel
