If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Thread search still does not work well, two years now.
eg.
(1) try searching on thread creator or a combination of criteria
(2) would be nice if search results are sorted in a predictable way
(eg. by date)
Thanks.

Jonathon - The WHOG "N" flag appeared for me at between 09:55 and 10:00. Looking at the AFX timings, it was possibly these that triggered it.
I have just refreshed my screen and the ELH News flag has appeared.
It was not there before and the RNS was at 10:53. It may have simply been delayed or it may be my refresh that triggered its appearance.

Please note the ASC data spike previously reported is still, annoyingly, in place. Please ask your data supplier to remove it asap and ask them why their exception s/w had not detected it in the first place? After all we are looking at a 18 spike on a penny share and it makes a mockery of your charting s/w! Regards John

Ian. Forward diary for Oct 13 shows SMIN as going ex-div. Here's the par from their final results, which appears to show Oct 20. It may have been changed, of course.
4) Dividends
A final dividend of 18.25p per share (2003 17.25p) has been recommended and, if
approved, will be paid on 19 November 2004 to holders of all ordinary shares
whose names are registered at close of business on 22 October 2004.

Ian,
Re: ASC
I am not sure whether or not u r waiting for my response as I have already given u all the detials earlier on this BB. Nevertheless, for the sake of completeness....choose say a 3 month timeframe and try to plot a Candle or Bar chart! The thing is with candles or Bars, is that it plots all key facts, Open, High, Low and Close. I think u use ComStock as a data supplier and they are professional enough to run data exception s/w that should highlight data errors outside a set tolerance and then check out the errors on a daily basis. Well in the case of ASC it does not seem to have taken place for some reason, because an 18 spike on a penny share must glow RED on someones screen! Anyways whatever u can do to sort this out would be a great relif as I have had to sign up with another information supplier to set my position on this stock. I hope this is helpful to u. Rgds, John
