No one wants to be the one doing the explanation. Particularly before the referendum. The immigration numbers are vastly under-disclosed. Every one knows that but the government is gutless. You have to add to those numbers the illegals and dependents under the age of 16.

one-sided ..... so why have not the brexiteers jumped up and down about it?
