here's a thought. asda dont do packing. someone else does it for them. asda are merely going to put pressure on the packaging firms they use to make them deal with seo. these firms are going to be happy because greenseal saves them time and money, and will help them generate bigger profits. does anyone know who these packaging firms are , and wether they are plcs? might be worth investing in them ..........

have been in seo for a long time. i was in at around 10p, top up along the way. a great day today to all of us i believe. in case there are any profit takings in the next couple of days, which might bring a temporaty fall in the sp, i will top up more.

Supplementing comment to what I've read here tonight..... Any joint venture deals, mutual partnership arrangements, etc. which SEO negotiate with "farm-in" partners will be tilted more in their favour by a higher sp at the time. In other words (extreme eg.) say if SEO tie in a spin off deal for say packaging tennis balls, for instance - the higher their sp at the time of negotiating, the better financially for them. That's the way it works, generally speaking. Therefore no surprises, in one sense, to read this morning's RNS. Far from it, these clever SEO execs will almost certainly stagger their RNS's over the coming 12 months and beyond which is obviously great news for us shareholders!
So I think Eric's posts from 2 - 3 days ago are absolutely spot on regarding the sp's almost certain increase in the coming months and beyond. Yes, there will be the odd trough for profit taking but no graph moves in a continuous line, does it? Again I think Eric is right - SEO will reward long term holders who keep their nerve.....

Bos, the people that Asda are encouraging are the food product packers who whilst having the opportunity to improve productivity may not see a massive benefit as retailers tend to specify. i.e. if you want to continue supplying us, you need to use RF sealing technology, use thinners lower cost films and reduce your price. Asda might be fair and split the savings?
Won't comment on packaging companies, too close for me to comment.
Have a small amount of this years profit left after spending some and re-investing some, got a feeling what is left might just top up SEO at an appropriate point. Just off track, have you seen the MOI BB this morning.
Could MOI be another SEO?? Can't see quite the same scale but ten-bagger would be nice.

Amities /( shorterm hat on ) 18p is proving an absolute battleground. Stiff and heavy and somewhat resilient resistance here. l feel we need some high volume buys in very early trading to maintain this platform of support to somewhat protect our flanks from the second wave of "shorters ". For like a cavalry charge "shorters" come in waves .,,,,,sometimes relentlessly ,,,,or will the mms be looking to accumulate for the future battle for when the real ball players enter the fray . ,Bonne chance a/b ..J

Accord, copy on my desk right now, Packaging News has never been so interesting!! Assuming you also work in the industry, have you also ever been involved in meat pack and see the huge potential for RF is this and other applications?

d'accord ,,but occasionally the cunning red fox crosses the great river but gets his tail wet. ln folowing SEO i feel my position is rather different to many of you long term holders : so you will have to excuse me if my mailings are from a short term vantage point. l l feel until a great many factors are rectified that seo will be quite volatile ,,and shorterm its a question of buying at absolutely the right time . lnevitably i have a portfolio which consists of only commodoties, energy and essential utilities ( Basically Water ) but as far as the rest of the market is concerned l am merely a percentages player and buy in big volume and sell on small movements .l have a portfolio; but i am not a long term investor as such. l trade mostly in CFDs to gain maximum leverage and thus to a player like me small movements are of the most relavence and along with volume are given maximum attention ,,,,,,Bonne chance ,,,,a/b @+ J

it will also tie in( or moor in ) with buying my yaucht hehe ..Vol of 5m by mid-day .Swathes of red followed by still bigger swathes of blue. ,l like this-Unfolding like a game of chess ,l would agree overgrowth lt would appear relavent mms are filling an order, or as is more likely, thier own respective books ,,,,early indicators are at work which illustate even at this very very early stage this share acts more like a "hi tec" stock of old aka "Baltimore Tech ,Kewill systems, Vocalis ect ect in that both fundementals and ANY chartists pattern are absolutely disregarded and potential makes its momentum .........a'bientot @+ J

Hi, folk. Great to see the sp going north again. Absence explained by a victorious golf match yesterday, so to come back and see the news completed a great day. Then watched the Masters - taken a CFD out on Luke Donald!
Really enjoyable posts, particularly those giving me some credit when none was due! (proven wrong, temporarily, my Evil). Agree with overgrowth re a rising channel, but that resistance is now being tested at 18.75p. Another RNS would take it through and my forecast of 28p remains intact except for the timing. Agree Keith's post re momentum and SEO is poised to get cracking again with the appropriate impulse (remember your maths! - MV=Pt, as I remember it, change of momentum -= impulse).
Just to summarise. (1) The deal with Premier I see as primarily for retrofits and that is the way that SEO will handle those in the US. It should also be a model for other territories. Given that it will take three months to train up their engineers, that will keep the SEO engineer trainers busy. It therefore seems likely that SEO will nogotiate a parallel arrangement, perhaps for Asian territories, to roll out after that. However, an RNS could come earlier and could be the major boost to break the resistance level.
(2) The Reiser deal was with a manufacturer and related to their retrofitting to their own machines as well. Nick, I think the exclusivity would preclude deals with other manufacturers original equipment but not to retrofitting generally in the market. There has been no news of this deal but presumably Reiser are shooting ahead with new machines though not yet retrofitting.
(3) I am not sure that SEO need an exclusivity deal with Walmart. Whilst important to Walmart, I don't think that they are as big in % terms as ASDA over here. Why would SEO need it. ASDA controls roll-out in UK and Ireland within capacity of SEO's engineering staff, but the Premier deal means that that constraint isn't present in the US (or other markets).
(4) Re Evil, there appears to be evidence that the rise in price yesterday was partly due to shorts being closed. Would Evil necessarily say if he had closed his own position - we'll wait and see. I actually feel rather sorry for Evil's acolytes! Evil takes a short at 17p and his 'angels' take their shorts down to 14.5p. Lets say Evil closes his short at 17p for a break-even on the RNS. His angels close their's at 18p or higher or even keep them open. Is Evil interested in you or going to look after you - NO! He couldn't care an FCUK!
(5) Turning to TFC's interesting posts (as usual). Right on Europe - will SEO handle that themselves, which will slow the process down, appoint agents like Reiser and/or engineers like Premier which will speed things up at the expense of margin? You mention volatility with the MMs enjoying the swings. I suspect thaat that does not take into account that Evolution are an MM. I suspect that they also have a heavy position themselves and may be the architect of fulfilling their own prophecy of the sp moving to 30p. I also have used CFDs for most of my SEO position but intend to hold them medium term. It costs 2% over LIBOR per day, but that is really inexpensive borrowing. But, well done, you have made a bit on the turn.
(6) To sd's question re projections. We already have been told that the US will account for over 50% of sales so that must be at least 10M next year, given ASDA 5m+ and other sales in the UK not effected by the exclusivity. But I believe the current forecasts made by andy and myself, and broadly agreeing with the better researched figures of Evolution, are now history. SEO are after the 50,000 machine population and could get a very decent % of that in the next 2 or 3 years. So the forcasts of an sp of 1 could be a major understatement. Every announcement from SEO improves the position. Thus, trade the share if you like, but the key thing is to be in for the ride - and with an appropriately overweight position!
I like this ERFC! Quite happy to be a leader to tackle the scourge of the EKFC. And Newcastle won last night. The future is rosy (blue) - the future is SEO!
