Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Ha ha he he, no kidding 3monkeys I had an impression of you in my head as a glamorous 30 odd plus business woman, strong and powerful a bit like Rebbeca Brookes but blonde.
Well that was after I was informed you werent a bloke, sorry about that.
But just goes to reinforce my earlier post.
I was shocked to see that Cynic was 65, I always thought he was around same age as me 40ish.
Do you have like a mental visual image of each poster you swap posts with or is it just me?.

aldwickk yep super Keith, aided mind by the best cannibis around.
Super group though probably my favourites with Bowie and Ferry not far behind.
Always prefered that era of music and bands. Wish Id grown up with it rather than the garbage that came later.
AND TODAY.........god help us, if it hasnt got Cowels sweaty signature in one form or another on it, it must have escaped the network.

Well GF I used to be blonde but an now naturally grey'ish, I have been a very strong woman as I have had to be as nobody gives you anything in life and work is the only answer to get what you want to accomplish. I haven't had a sex change operation so yes I am female, 5' Wish I could go to the gym and get the old bones rolling but due to an assault I am left with very bad arthritis, I make the most of what I have and am not one to argue with I can assure you of that. Going to do battle with my house insurance company now - it never ends. Got £100 compensation from the Halifax on Wednesday so you can see I am a determined little elderly female. hahaha!!!!
I don't visualise what people look like when I read posts I normally gather their personality according to what they write. I never believe anyone only myself!!!!

I remember my aunt telling me, when she was nearly eighty, that she saw herself reflected in a shop window and thought, "who is that old woman". Then she realised it was her. She felt about 25.

"Going to do battle with my house insurance company now - it never ends. Got £100 compensation from the Halifax on Wednesday ".........ends
The Halifax are a bag of ---te. I tried to renew my house policy with them in January. What a palaver, switched from one section to another and got back to the starting point. So frustrating. Was on phone for over an hour, in end gave up and contacted my broker who deals with my holiday homes.
35% less, I kid you not and contents thrown in for free.
Think its only a 1 year offer mind.
But the halifax used to be the cream of the cream the Marks and Spencer of the Building Society Mortgage market. What a fall from grace, and I worked for them for 15 months as management accountant in Leeds call centre.
Staff where more bothered about their monthly/ annual bonus than giving customer care/satisfaction.
Wont go anywhere near them now.
Virgin and Santander are just as bad. Especially Santander.

Liquid Cortaflex for humans is good for joints. There are also equine and dog versions of Cortaflex, so make sure you buy the correct version or you could end up either running in the 2.30 at Newmarket, or barking. I fear I am to late with this warning for some on here. Ha! Ha!

shitty X factor, Britains Got -hite, and that with Tom Jones in.
The lot of them bloody rubbish and sending youngsters funny, thinking they can avoid work and get to top without any graft.

Haystack, when I first started going grey - I used to do what your Aunt did but got used to it now and don't look in shop windows, it is bad enough looking in the mirror, hehehe!! Everything going North, South, West and East.
Junior, it has its advantages being older and plenty of disadvantages. Still good to be alive. Even with lots of memories.
