The board could stay in Cuba and Fidel could come over here and run Stanelco. Who could turn down the 'offer' of a contract from Fidel?
In fact, this has got me thinking about my 'Dream Board' for SEO - if you could choose anyone, who would they be?
This is my choice - anyone have their own 'Dream Board' ?

I suggested a week or two back a petition at No. 10 for the government to insist on bioplastics-bags being used in supermarkets - well now there is one. Please go here and sign!

Nice one Ob.
Hans Christian anderson.......
:-)
The problem with SEO is that we have faith in it.
We believed in starch trays and they F**KED IT UP
we believed in Greenseal and " " " " "
We believed in JV and you guessed it.
We believed in perseco
we belived every line they've sold us........
we now believe that they are somehow, having failed to deliver anything (except heartache and dissapointment), going to manage to sell Bioplast for Plastic bags to all the BIG RETAILERS.
And all this without a word/sniff/sale.
and the worst thing is I'm a believer/sucker.

The 'Budget' will contain green issues, ie plastic bags, SEO with bio-bags should do well today. Further good news tomorrow when the Results/update released.

Could it be we are heading for a "holy trinity"????
Within a week (or so), we may see a budget that favours the industry SEO are in (or not), results that may contain something positive on the sales front (or not) and a golden cross on the charts!!!
If it came to pass, it would make for a very interesting week or two, IMO, and the arguments over whether it was sheer fluke or supreme management timing could keep us all amused for months.
Doubt it will come to pass personally, but a large holder I know is certain it will, and I will plump for the fluke option if it does.

I'm not aware of any business this company is a major force "in" - the sp tells it all. No Government meddling will resurect this polly - It is a dead parrot.
The recent sp- flurry was then and seems still to be no more than opportunistic crowing. Where is the supporting RNS telling us there is an order? This style of Reporting wastes the real purpose of the news service - and directors that attempt to misuse (can I say that?) their position shopuld be fined 10k every first time, double that next and so on. It must be investigated.
Grr.

Is it just me or does every politician look strange.
Is it a pre requisite to do the job?
Whilst labour wins hands down on the wierd looking factor, I think the front bench of the tories wins, re the 'He's got a face you just want to punch' vote.
Still with a very very subsidised bar at the H.O. Parliament (have enjoyed a few cheap rounds-pleasant view of Thames), I doubt the extra duties will have any effect on the number of pissed politicians on the northern/piccadilly lines late at night.
