If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

I can't find Vodafone anywhere in the sector heatmaps; nor Cable and Wireless and Colt. Am I being stupid?
Also, I see Royal Bank of Scotland are in Software and Computer Services with Delling and EXC (whoever they are) but no metion of anoyne else like Sage, Xansa, LOG, or MSY.
edit. Also, BDEV are shown in Heatmaps as closing at 505 - that's way out. I know some of the prices in the end-of-day tables have been wrong for some time, and I always have to check them. Just wanted to make sure you are still aware of the problem.

Thanks, Ian. It's also so annoying that I still can't refresh the terminal charts until after 8am - can't even do it while the auction is on. It definitely used to be OK.

Ian. I have the auto-refresh on each chart in my terminals in the OFF position. The alternatives are 30s, 60s and 90s. But they always used to show the new date before 8am with it off. Is that still the case? The actual streaming on streaming charts is still OK, once the chart is changed over to today's date, after 8am.

Already mentioned this I know Ian but added...
Level 2 window quick links opening new browser for TRADES and NEWS would be appreciated. Plus a marker "A" to show an RNS if one comes out during trading hours, like the stockwatch.
Plus if you want to be really slick a quick link opening new browser to specific chart, preset to intraday. But then able to change settings.
Now that would be nice sometime in the future!

Ian, Grateful your help as I am having some problems today with the Internet Explorer Browser when using the Money AM Stockwatch facility. The page goes a blank shade of grey when I call it up, and it tells me that I need a Plugin, which the s/w is then unable to find...clearly some s/w barrier has come into play. So although I have been turning off the Firewalls and pop up blockers one by one, I am still unable to get this important feature up and running. Thnaks in advance for any guidance! John

Was getting "connected to stream" on all relevant places, but nothing was displaying. That can happen when data stream goes dead slow. It's happy it's receiving data so not "connection lost", but data feed is at a very slow rate. After forcing a new connection it picked up again. Been happening for last couple of hours.

Ian, if you are there. I can't get any level 2 with the terminal. I have restarted the 2 computers twice and I still get theconnection lost trying to reconnect where L2 should be.
Help!!
