Still Waiting

The chart for this stock says it all.
The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.
The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.
The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.
With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.
MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

Last year the blame was New Accounting Rules, this year New Accounting Rules. Me personally I'd get a new team of accountants in. The only year there weren't any accounting rules was when they were fluffing up the figures for the 'cash support' from investor of which I was one at 4.25p (prior to the 1:50)held since then feel well let down. Another City Equity tip which sold me down the river - together with ZIM and CMS Webview. Never Again will I accept a call from them knowingly. Thak goodness for caller display. Filed this one in the bottom drawer and wait for 2.12pps so that I can get my original investment out. What a let down - this share is like a cheap pair of braces.

BO:
I bought in here because I believed (...and still do) that this type of technology is the way we are likely to go, fairly rapidly into the future. I think any tip has to be viewed with the contempt it deserves, I always view them as 'it's probably because someone who holds lots, wants out'. Mind, even doing thorough research, doesn't always yield pots'o'gold either!
---
Somewhat disappointed that these (now old) accounting rules are still affecting results. I suppose we can now say that this is the last time they can be used as an excuse and we must now see some positive moves by Cybit. It's high time someone got to grips with this business and stopped all the pussy footing around!.
Given the recent falls, one would have thought that all this was already built into the share price, so don't be too surprised to see them have a go at shaking a few more out over the next week or so and then a steady climb back

I think these accounting rules will affect profits until 2006 but should be good for the long term.

Cybit management are renound for not caring about the share price... the rate this share is dropping they will be at original issue price, which I think was 1p if I recall, its very sad to see this for a company who is clearly going to make a lot of money in the future

This posted yesterday on the Cybit.co.uk website:
Cybit strengthens its drive into the food delivery market with major order from Caterfood
Caterfood success follows Fleetstar-Online order from Sainsburys to You
Solution offers potential to gain insurance Risk Recognition Rebate through integration of telematics
Cybit, the UKs leading online telematics service provider, has strengthened its drive into the food delivery market with a major order for Fleetstar-Online from Caterfood, a specialist supplier of ambient, chilled and frozen foods to the catering trade. Caterfood has chosen Fleetstar-Online to enhance Duty of Care for its mobile workforce and take advantage of a potential Risk Recognition Rebate from Norwich Union as a result of the implementation of telematics. Caterfood joins Sainsburys to You, an organisation that has already taken advantage of Fleetstar-Online, to improve the productivity and efficiency of its food delivery operations.
Caterfood will initially implement 41 Fleetstar-Online units for its fleet of temperature controlled vehicles, allowing it to track and monitor the activities of its fleet in real-time, an essential requirement for the delivery of perishable goods. As part of the agreement, Caterfood already a Norwich Union Fleetwise customer has the potential to gain a Risk Recognition Rebate by following good driving practices as reported by the Fleetstar-Online solution.
The main reason behind our decision to implement telematics to our fleet was that we wanted to improve the level of Duty of Care we provide to our mobile workers, commented Mark Felton, Managing Director, Caterfood. The Cybit solution allows us to track our vehicles in real time and enables us to check that our drivers are safe and following good driving practices, such as keeping to speed limits. This enhances the safety of our fleet, while also providing us with additional benefits such as the ability to optimise our fleet and minimise fuel expenditure.
In choosing Fleetstar-Online we were also able to take full advantage of Cybits ongoing relationship with Norwich Union to gain potential rebates on our insurance expenditure. We chose the solution following a recommendation by our insurance broker Bartlett Davies Bicks, concluded Mark Felton.
"Caterfood has always actively managed its vehicle fleet, but for some time it has been looking for a more efficient fleet management system. Initially Caterfoods motivation was to provide better customer service, while being able to reduce running costs, boost productivity and support their Duty of Care responsibilities, commented Karl Hanson, Director, Bartlett Davies Bicks Caterfoods insurance broker. "However, by using Cybit the potential for further premium rebates became available. Further to this, Norwich Union has appointed a specialist fleet surveyor to analyse the information provided by Cybit, with a view to providing a longer term premium advantage."
The delivery of foods, whether it be to homes or to the catering trade, is a real growth sector for Cybit, commented John Wisdom, Director of Sales and Marketing at Cybit. This order from Caterfood offers further proof that Cybit is rapidly becoming the telematics partner of choice for companies operating in this sector.
Fleetstar-Online offers clear business benefits to organisations involved in delivery, and our ongoing partnership with Norwich Union further enhances these benefits by recognising good driving practices through Risk Recognition Rebates and fixed annual insurance premiums, concluded John Wisdom.
Cybit provides the core telematics technology for Norwich Unions Fleet Telematics solution. Qualifying fleets that install their vehicles with Cybits Fleetstar-Online telematics equipment available from as little as 20 per vehicle per month can take advantage of Norwich Unions unique fleet insurance offering, which features:
fixed price insurance cover over two or three years
annual telematics-based insurance premium rebate when key performance indicators are achieved
risk management advice that looks at key elements of the telematics records, coupled with claims information to provide an analysis of key performance measures and bespoke risk management reports
best practice guidance on running a fleet of vehicles including compliance with safety and legal issues.

I think the management should start and care about its share price otherwise they need replacing.
This share should be double and double again the price that it is at the moment!!!

are we ready for a new high or another big drop?! reading the graphy of last half year, every time it rises a relatively high, it drops more.... so disappinted...i'm still holding, and wish my life would be long enough to see it back to the level like 2 years ago...

i am not trying to disencourage anyone, but seems to me, all the good report, good news, big buyers, whatever happen namely to this share, did not take any effect to it......sail like grost boat.... the only direction is the bottom of the sea. Anyone has better news of it?
