If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Just a thought - it may have been said already, but people should be aware that anyone can read your real name by clicking on your user name if it's set like that on your user profile. This removes the anonimity which many may prefer. Perhaps a note to this effect in the user profile section or when registering for the baord.

On STOCKWATCH the % spread column is a bit fussy being correct to 3 decimal places. Surely one DP is enough?

Yes Seymour Clearly, perhaps the default should be to have no details there at all until you enter some?
On a positive note, I like the way you can sort the columns and alter the width in stockwatch lists.

Bullshare - post 133 "White fonts in buttons - need tarting up" If the drop down list box idea doesn't appeal (post 300) then there are pixel fonts that are legible at very small point sizes that will do a good jobs on the buttons

Bullie - No problem until this morning.
I am using Mac OS 9.04, as I do every day, but will fire up the laptop and see if it works on OS 10.2.

Mike...
The results of my investigations are:
Streaming has stopped working on my daytime computer which is a Mac G3 running Mac OS 9.04 and Explorer 5.1.3.
However it does work on my laptop, which still has a G3 processor, but is running Mac OS 10.2.1 and Explorer 5.2.1.
Therefore, this isn't a concern for me because I have already ordered a new daytime computer so my problem will go away.
You may get complaints from others using slightly older Macs, but in reality we are all going to have to migrate to OS 10 sooner rather than later so the problem will go away of it's own accord and is therefore probably not worth your tech boys wasting any time over.
Don't let them get complacent though. :)

I sill have the problem that HTML normal font size 3 reverts to size 2
The only way round so far is to change it from normal to Headline 6 and change the font size to 3

OS9
It was working as normal on Friday, although I can't remember the exact time I last used it. It wasn't working when I first tried this morning.
I get the page up with the little icon columns on the left displayed, and also the column of stocks in my StockWatch, but nothing else.
The Java info box says MRJ 2.2.5. Is that what you are after?

Biker - we posted an update to the applet on Thursday night, so if your browser hasn't picked it up then that may be the cause of your problem. Try the following:-
1) Hold down shift and click the Refresh icon. This should force the applet to refresh. If not...
2) Restart your browser and try step 1 above. Failing that...
3) Reboot your Mac and try step 1
You will know you have the correct version if you see news icons alongside stocks. You can also look at your Java console, or possibly System console, for the build ID of the applet, which should be 20023531604. The message looks like this:-
Deltastream StockWatch Applet (C)IST 2002
Build: 20023531604
If this doesn't fix your problem, please let me know.
regards
