MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Thanks, prodman, although I don't particulary like doing the "my dog's got two tails bit".

I was, however, so irritated by the arrogant scotinvestor's unecessary personal attack over something that he clearly has no idea whatsoever about, that I took it upon myself to demonstrate just how much of a clueless muppet he really is!

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!

prodman - 06 Oct 2008 08:02 - 3236 of 8631

Ignore him Hilary, there's one on every board.
Have a good day!

Looks like the "Worlds going to End soon" gang have the upper hand on the general markets again today ......

tabasco - 06 Oct 2008 12:47 - 3238 of 8631

Afternoon all… listened to a nightingale and had to do some promised work this morning….that was down to my mate marmite…. treblemouth!
Hilary…that’s an ok amount of money…don’t impress me none!…but as an ex. Bookmaker I know all about systems…automated trading systems Ha! Ha! And the best of luck to you….your dog could end up with no knackers trading like that…I thought I was lazy? Let me guess you and treblemouth are about 30.…younger and you would be green….older and you would have known better!
Now to somebody that knows things…Bert….you are probably right the gang have the upper hand at the moment…but they are hurting important people that are not used to getting hurt…the rules will soon change!

Capeesh?

littlebert2 - 06 Oct 2008 13:09 - 3239 of 8631

Oooh, I like it when threats are exchanged - especially when I'm spectating rather than likely to get dragged into the melee - kneecaps or fingers first? :-)

Just playing guessing games to pass the boredom .... and the more I think about why anyone would pay 42p for 1/2 mill shares, which could be obtained in open market over a short period for an average of a lot less, the more it looks likely that they were bought 'on behalf' of someone who doesn't want them directly in their name, but wants control of them later .... and that price was an open indicator of the SP they would pay for the others in issue, even in todays depressed markets ......

tabasco - 06 Oct 2008 13:19 - 3240 of 8631

Bert think you have misread my comments[not for the first time]maybe I have misread yours?.whatever I have the utmost respect of your viewsyou just find it hard to take a compliment!

Treblewide - 06 Oct 2008 13:25 - 3241 of 8631

yes i am about 30 but if you are talking about people that are green ytour investement in this and BLNX tells everyone everything they need to know........another bad for you tabby

tabasco - 06 Oct 2008 13:27 - 3242 of 8631

To reiterate “the gang” are the shorters out there destroying World Markets!

tabasco - 06 Oct 2008 13:42 - 3243 of 8631

Treblemouth…I can still talk to you even though you said things you should not have said…you may think my investments stink…but you do not know….let me just say today should have been a bad day for anybody long in the market…taking all my bets into consideration I am a long way in front today….believe me or not!…I don’t wont to punch the air on the demise of the ftse…it is costing friends on this and other sites pain…I do take chances but they are always calculated…when you say things… think about the effect they have on other people…if you are doing well…good luck to you… others may not be…do they wont salt rubbed into their wounds…I think not…just a bit of consideration and we can all have a say! Now go and make Mick a cup of tea and fu*k off!

littlebert2 - 06 Oct 2008 13:48 - 3244 of 8631

Tab - I took your Mafia ref as an indication of the potential actions of third parties on bears -correct? - hence my ref to liking being a spectator .... and to which joints to break first .... bad upbringing, I know, but best not to hide the nasty side of life from the kids :-O

I'm far too old and thick skinned to be offended by anything these days anyhow :-)

That 42p has got me thinking, though - is the buyer also indicating to BOD that they would further fund MDX through the next few (financially difficult) years if a dilutuion could be bought at that price!

Treblewide - 06 Oct 2008 14:06 - 3245 of 8631

jesus i have heard everything now....mafioso...lol

hilary - 06 Oct 2008 14:09 - 3246 of 8631

I've always had my dogs nutted as puppies and I'm a lot younger than Treble.

Whilst I don't have a gripe against you personally, tabasco, you do seem to have a bit difficulty accepting that others might have a different view to your own. That's really unhealthy. Maybe scotinvestor can give you the name of his shrink.

littlebert2 - 06 Oct 2008 14:14 - 3247 of 8631

Treble - "jesus" - the last thing we need is to bring religion into an MDX discussion.. :-)

Hilary - ow; poor dogs .... even more glad you're not going to be President now missus :-O

tabasco - 06 Oct 2008 14:20 - 3248 of 8631

Hilary ….the only shrink will be your Bank account with that automated trading systems…listen I can except other peoples point of view…it is a great way of learning… but there are ways of putting it over….telling people they are invested in a sh*t company is not one of those ways IMHO!
Oh …and I don’t wont you to grip me personally…sounds painful!

Treblewide - 06 Oct 2008 14:21 - 3249 of 8631

hils i think an inability to realise that your view is fundamentally wrong despite the facts speaking for themselves is quite a talent.....tabasco where you the Iraqi Information Minister during the war?

rhetoric is the same

ptholden - 06 Oct 2008 14:31 - 3250 of 8631

Its quite obvious that Tabasco is becoming increasingly desperate with the state of the SP. Having failed to stop others posting their opinion with his usual sarcasm and belittling insults, his ramping comments without foundation or research, we now have promises of violence, desperation indeed. Billy Smarts have come to town!

Bert, I think youre the only person who has posted an opinion on what is the most interesting aspect of MDX at the moment; why would anyone pay such a huge premium for 1.3M shares? I must admit it intrigues me no end and I can think of other answers in addition to your own.

1. MDX are about to release astounding news which will result in a doubling of the SP. I think this unlikely, if true MDX could rightly be accused of withholding price sensitive information and allowing an unknown party to take unfair advantage. The market certainly doesnt seem to think this is the case otherwise it would be a no-brainer buy and heading North at a rate of knots.

2. 1.3M shares were unavailable on the open market? Umm, definitely not, an average of 3M shares are traded on MDX each day, an order could have been filled with little problem, especially in what is a sellers market.

3. The payment was an existing obligation. Was part of the agreement to satisfy this obligation with the vendor an issue of shares at a pre-agreed price? No idea.

4. Has someone close to MDX with sufficient funds helped the company out by paying such a huge premium? Obviously this would help (as evidenced on Friday) to provide a base and prevent further falls in a stock which has fallen 50% in a matter of weeks. Of course any action which prevents further loss of SP value would possibly result in a fund raising at a much higher price; less dilution for more money.

Make up your own mind I have no idea.

Scotty, I wouldnt get too carried away with recent events. This latest dilution is to satisfy existing obligations. MDX by their own admission need to raise additional funds for working capital and introduction of new products to the market place. The availability of bank funds in way of a loan or overdraft facilities is looking bleak in todays carnage and I would expect a share issue of some description. If they get THAT away at 43p, gloat away.

ptholden - 06 Oct 2008 14:32 - 3251 of 8631

Chemical Ali? Now we've got Comical Tabby :-)

tabasco - 06 Oct 2008 14:37 - 3252 of 8631

Treblemouth.that was quite funnyI once said
"They're not even [within] 100 miles [of Baghdad]. They are not in any
place. They hold no place in Iraq. This is an illusion ... they are
trying to sell to the others an illusion." But what I really meant is at that time you were not even in your Dads Bag

Treblewide - 06 Oct 2008 14:58 - 3253 of 8631

juts gone into auction?

littlebert2 - 06 Oct 2008 15:37 - 3254 of 8631

and down on good news - oh no, just RNS's for someone else popping up on MDX quotes - barmey!
