Question - If SEO are going to make an announcement today at the AGM, are they obliged to release that news to the stock exchange in advance of the meeting, after the meeting or at the same time as the meeting. Are there rules governing the release of such info.

morning baza. i have seen announcements before an agm saying what will be announced and i have also seen the news announced after an agm . mainly, though , the announcement just says all resolutions were passed! so i have no idea what seo will do.

To say I am overweight with this share would be a bit of an understatement. But at the moment it really is working and the portfolio is growing daily. I am sure there will be corrections but unless they are huge I shall remain in profit. Long term the prospects are tremendous. Never had a double bagger yet, althought NLR came close at 80%. This one may be my first (several times).

the ii fellow said he was going away for the week. (imo for a very long cr*p). He`ll be back when this share hits 30p, 35p 40p. As you know shares dont go up in a straight line so ii will have his little digs. Good on you to hold.

The news may not be as good as we hope - and it could already be in the price.

In my view - it could go either way after the AGM. No doubt there will be many who will have bought for a quick buck over the last couple of days having read that good news is in the offing.........but I am no expert.
