Israeli Gaza conflict?????? (GAZA)

Fred1new - 06 Jan 2009 19:21

Will this increase or decrease the likelihood of terrorist actions in America, Europe and the rest of the world?

If you were a member of a family murdered in this conflict, would you be seeking revenge?

Should Tzipi Livni and Ehud Olmert, be tried for war crimes if or when this conflict comes to an end?

What will the price of oil be in 4 weeks time?

Get a life, wankers.

cynic - 07 Aug 2010 15:48 - 3312 of 6906

ah yes - the words of wisdom, reason, logic and sense - and pretty much true to form too!

Haystack - 07 Aug 2010 15:54 - 3313 of 6906

It would be more pleasant if ITLOTB wold temper his language a bit.

I did find this item:

Whos More Nazi than The Anti Nazi League?

One of the little ironies that gave sharp witted observers of the world much pleasure over the years was the fact that the most Nazi organisation in Britain was the AntiNazi League.

Yes, wherever your friendly local right wing extremist group tried to exercise their democratic right to demonstrate peacefully in support of their point of view, the anti nazi league rent-a-mob would not be far away. Their faces contorted with rage the violent, stick waving, stone throwing thugs would try to shout down any opinion they did not agree with, so very like Hitlers bully boys.

The Anti Nazi League seems set to lose its position of the most irrational, fascistic, odious bunch of hate driven scumbags in Britain. A new bunch of leftie loony thugs who call themselves Unite Against Fascism has emerged obviously prompted by the Anti Nazi League not being insane enough. Unite Against Fascism will travel anywhere in the country to break up demonstrations by anyone who disagrees with them or simply does not agree with them passionately enough.

The primary targets of Unite Against Fascism are The English Defence League whose members protest against Islamic extremism. You may or may not agree with their doing that but so long as they do it peacefully it is their democratic right. Unite Against Fascism, like the Anti Nazi League do not believe in democracy, power through strength is their philosophy. They like to wing their arguments by violence.

One would think with so many of them being university graduates they would find time to look up the definition of fascism in a dictionary.

Fred1new - 08 Aug 2010 18:22 - 3315 of 6906

Nice to be back.

When I read P3313, I thought it was about the Party of Blue rinses.

But having read the prior postings think it time to return to France.

cynic - 08 Aug 2010 18:26 - 3316 of 6906

please may we encourage you to do so - shall i book your ticket?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 09 Aug 2010 07:07 - 3317 of 6906

all,

Whilst debate is acceptable, many recent postings have veered more towards personal insults than anything constructive. Please keep to the topic on this and any other thread,

Ian

cynic - 09 Aug 2010 07:52 - 3318 of 6906

smacked wrist accepted! ... that said, i reckon certain posters here verge on the racially inflammatory, albeit that it is often c+p from articles in the public domain

Fred1new - 09 Aug 2010 08:55 - 3319 of 6906

Cynic,

Prefer that you pay for my ticket.

But I see from your postings you are still true to your limitations.

Isaacs - 09 Aug 2010 09:04 - 3320 of 6906

Please keep to the topic and not personal insults.

cynic - 09 Aug 2010 09:05 - 3321 of 6906

All my days are Sundays.

And already cynic is ignoring Ian's request to stop the insults by calling me and others "idiots".
If I am called a "sanctimonious prick" and an "arsehole" by cynic, it's only reasonable to expect a response, though I wouldn't lower myself to his level LOL

I will desist from expressing my feelings in "insulting" language if others do the same.
Obviously cynic and some others are incapable of communicating without the use of foul language.

cynic - 09 Aug 2010 11:07 - 3325 of 6906

i assume posts which are blatantly racially or ethnically inflammatory are excluded from your arbitrary censure

Dozens of Palestinian women and children were rendered homeless after the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) demolished for the third consecutive time all tents set up in Al-Araqib village of the Negev region in place of their houses which were knocked down earlier.

Palestinian local sources from the Negev reported that a large number of Israeli troops invaded the village once again at dawn Tuesday and forced Al-Araqib villagers out of their temporary tents before tearing them down.

The sources noted that the troops confiscated the villagers' belongings and all vital needs they obtained from humanitarian activists after they lost their property in previous demolitions.

The villagers and political figures from the 1948 occupied lands staged on Monday a protest against Israel's policies of demolition and displacement.

i see the racist UK government and its puppet "courts" evicted the peace loving activists from Parliament Square recently. And these were just innocent people protesting against the illegal Iraq war and the monstrous war criminals of the British governent and their murdering military thugs who slaughtered hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis and Afghans in their racist and religious wars against peace loving Muslims.

cynic - 10 Aug 2010 21:00 - 3328 of 6906

typical of your calm objective reporting ..... no wonder no one treats your posts with anything but the disdain they deserve .... try writing sensibly without the polemics and you may gain a semblance of credibility

in its own way, your language is no better than clubby's

Haystack - 10 Aug 2010 21:20 - 3329 of 6906

"Peace loving activists from Parliament Square"

LOL

I was visiting the House pf Commons with my son a couple of days before the loonies were evicted form Parliament Square. I was talking to one of the policemen at the gates. He was saying that there had been Dysentery in the square due to the condtions there. There were piles of human faeces around the tents. Tourists visiting the square were amazed that we let these people cause so much mess. Of course the bulk of them were crazy socialists.

re 3327

You guys ought to look up "satire" and "sarcasm".
I was simply demonstrating by analogy how the likes of haycrapper and his mates take something and twist it to their own jaundiced view so it appears to represent political repression when the reality is merely one of laws being enforced.

Do you not see I was playing devil's advocate by comparison?
Is there no-one here with a brain or even a modicum of subtlety?
Get it?
Probably not.
Jesus wept.
