As you can see, we have put the new bulletin boards live.

The migration went smoothly, though it look at little longer than I expected it to!

The new chain link tool seems to use a fair bit more HTML than one might think is actually required.

Or is that just my opinion?

On the Desire Petroleum thread DES if you try to put a web link in it just underlines all you have posted so no one can put web links in unless they paste them in.

Also when you ask for a quote eg.DES why is there no link to the B&B for that thread?

The following URL, which doesn't now appear to work, is the URL address of a posting on an old BB thread:

http://www.moneyam.com/TradersRoom/ShowPostList?fID=1&tID=2349&from=4

The URL might need modifying a bit, but how would one go about finding the posting on the new BB?

Is there a simple formula to finding old (pre-changeover) threads? e.g. take the thread id number and subtract shoe size, etc. to find its new location?

I was looking for an answer to a technical point to do with refreshing browser pages. A search of the word revealed 5 threads including the word "refresh" in the title. A posting in one of the threads included a reference to another posting in ...tID=111... which is a pre-changeover number and a thread that doesn't include the word "refresh" in its title. How do I find it?
