Jeffmack
Soon be over what?

Socrates - 25 Dec 2003 11:36 - 3492 of 23498

Oh, I see. Well just pop in the doors open. Help yourself to a drink.

jeffmack - 25 Dec 2003 12:11 - 3493 of 23498

The madness they call Christmas Socs

little willie - 25 Dec 2003 16:31 - 3494 of 23498

Miserable git Ebenezer Mack [actually I'm with you, hence one of the reasons
we left those shores].

Where we differ is I enjoy pulling a cracker.

6.30pm here so have just got home, left at 10am this morn; not stuffed full and not a little sozzled but typing not too bad so I'll press the remote on my armchair, out comes footrest and back reclines. Some modern inventions are good.
Snooze then google box, plenty of films, oh bugger, snooze first.....
now where's that cracker I was going to pull???

Socrates - 25 Dec 2003 16:46 - 3495 of 23498

Well I enjoy pulling a cracker too, but since there is only Jeffmack and Little Willie here, I guess that's out.

snoball - 25 Dec 2003 17:11 - 3496 of 23498

If you're still about Socs, I'll have some champers with you.
Merry Christmas.

vasey - 25 Dec 2003 17:32 - 3497 of 23498

Socrates - 25 Dec 2003 18:39 - 3498 of 23498

Vasey and Snoball
Never mind parties, let's let our hair down and have a ball. I bags the first dance with Vasey.

vasey - 25 Dec 2003 19:39 - 3499 of 23498

You lead; I'll follow! Roast lobster in truffle oil for supper again, Socs?

Socrates - 25 Dec 2003 20:09 - 3500 of 23498

Not again Vasey, can't we have something different? Caviar in HP sauce! Salmon in batter?

Have you had a good day, mine has been brilliant? Phoned all the relatives, opened all the pressies and drunk a little, mostly tea.

vasey - 25 Dec 2003 20:49 - 3501 of 23498

Great day, Socks! I'm wearing my best Chrissy prezzie...what do you think?

Was Santa good to you, Socks? Something naughty from The Lady Socks?

Socrates - 25 Dec 2003 21:12 - 3502 of 23498

Vasey
I did get some socks I must admit, but from my mother. Vasey, I am sitting here imagining you in something rather fetching, verging on the saucy. No, I must snap out of it. I also received some subscriptions to magazines of my choice which I thought very practical and something I would not have bought myself.

OK, so what was it, fur coat?

vasey - 25 Dec 2003 21:34 - 3503 of 23498

I'll give you a clue....it's purple, see-through..and very eye-catching....

Crocodile - 25 Dec 2003 21:51 - 3504 of 23498

hmmmm blackcurrant glacier sweet?

Socrates - 25 Dec 2003 22:27 - 3505 of 23498

Vasey
Now I shall not sleep at all tonight. My wife will get all suspicious and divorce me, the kids won't talk to me and the cat will run off with next doors
dog.

Crocodile
Tasty, at the very least! Did you go to the last NEC antique fair, it cost me a small fortune?

This_is_me - 25 Dec 2003 22:46 - 3506 of 23498

I got two pairs of socs too, only one of which was rude; the other was from my 6 year old 'best Dad'

Come on Vasey we want to see a picture!

Crocodile - 25 Dec 2003 22:54 - 3507 of 23498

Socs, nope sorry
Do you live in Cheltenham?
D.

Socrates - 25 Dec 2003 23:06 - 3508 of 23498
