no worries Baza!

bosley - 06 May 2005 11:23 - 3586 of 27111

superrod , i still don't know what meeting you are talking about?

superrod - 06 May 2005 11:40 - 3587 of 27111

tom ( rhps ) is having a meeting with HUGHES of seo. the meeting will be to find out whether seo is any good. tom is editor of rhps and what he learns from the interview will determine the stance rhps takes wrt seo.

really cant make it any clearer than that.....LOL

superrod - 06 May 2005 12:06 - 3588 of 27111

btw
while its quiet......

i managed to SELL RGU above the offer thanks to the quote system.
as i was looking to sell, i kept refreshing qoutes.( giving 15 seconds to decide ). the spread was 100/100,25.
my quote was 100.1.
during the "decide time" the spread changed to 97.75/100.
i took the 100.1
still going down

bosley - 06 May 2005 12:13 - 3589 of 27111

thanks rod.just wanted to make sure i wasn't getting unnecessarily over excited by mistaking it for a meeting in america .

superrod - 06 May 2005 13:32 - 3590 of 27111

just added another 20k for 20,4p......always a little worrying to get well inside the spread.

016622 - 06 May 2005 13:42 - 3591 of 27111

nothing looks worrying unless we hit 18p imho!

superrod - 06 May 2005 13:46 - 3592 of 27111

NEVER make the mistake of thinking it couldnt happen.

It gets a mention from time to time that seo could be the next Tetrapak, if only.

Tetra Laval S.A. owns Tetra Pak.
Employees: 29,700
Net sales (MIO. EURO): 8,770

Link will take you to a brief history into Tetrapak (interesting)

Company broker is KBC Peel - they have to be as accurate as possible - however will always have a positive spin - there are many dog shares around that have buy ratings by brokers. I would not call the KBC Peel report conservative - I would call it quite positive - but covering their bases - if the price drops to 10p then they have covered that with conservative sentances in it.

Its still quite dangerous at this price with Asda and Walmart already factored in the price - if they come in then it will stabilise - if one of them does not come in soon the price is going to retrace back down. Thats the gamble you take - IMO you are at a top which includes Asda and Walmart - therefore any news is not going to make it go up that much - but there is one hell of a downside possible.

This is a price with around 1000 machine conversion orders in it - and presently no orders are there and trials still delayed.

Mention of meetings with people does nothing for me - it needs big orders - like 300 in the first hit and news on trials - it cannot last on just spin forever or a measly order for 30 or so.

I did post that there would be no news on trials in April weeks ago - most did not believe me - but now know it is true.

insiderinside - 06 May 2005 15:25 - 3595 of 27111

Its also being thrown around that if there was bad news it would be announced - - this is not strictly true - as I pointed out at the time the RNS was extremely spinny - it simply stated "the contract with Asda would come into effect on the first Monday after the 3 extra trials were successfully complete, which is hoped to be April"

They did not state exactly when, and even a delay to December would not be in contradiction to the RNS - its so open ended a delay to April 2008 would not contradict it - "hoped in April" means nothing - and its May now.

I would not expect any REAL news until either the trials are complete and the Asda contract comes into effect - OR - its all abandoned and the trials failed.

Thats fair comment I think.

And even if it should come into effect - the next important thing is how many machines - hopefully for SEO holders nothing tiny like 30 or 40.

Sharesure - 06 May 2005 15:32 - 3596 of 27111

Directors at the AGM were predicting that it was likely an order from a supplier would occur before the completion of the trials which might then render the further Asda trials unnecessary as the '12 month exclusivity clock ' would be ticking.Monday may see a few shorters 'deshirted' in my view.

ssanebs - 06 May 2005 15:38 - 3597 of 27111

there has been no delays on trials. if you ring the ceo he will tell you that trials have all been completed and two supplier factories have been retro fitted already and third in progress. Tests with wal-mart continuing as planned.

Our Basher has been on again (boring) he keeps ranting on about Peel Hunt, well this is from Peel Hunt and it all looks fine to me in fact its temping me to top up yet again.

Here is a few more products from SEO that isnt mentioned below.
RF sealing, PVA trays and film, FrogPack, CradleWrap, Solutape and Labels, biodegradable air pillows, foamed starch containers, edible sachets, and a few more in the pipeline

Sorry its a bit long but it rolls over the Bashers comment.

Peel Hunt:
Momentum continues to be positive. The announcements over the last two months justify the move in the share price and give a taste of the longer term potential for the group. The tie up with Asda is clearly positive news and trials with the packaging houses should be completed over the coming couple of weeks, this will be followed by firm contracts. The real excitement is the potential to secure Asdas parent (Wal-Mart) as a customer. Whilst this will take longer (hopefully months not years) it is important to note that the deals with Premier Technology and Advanced Energy in the US provide an infrastructure in the US to support a rapid roll out of Stanelcos technology. Elsewhere, the groups other products including Frogpack and Cradlewrap continue to gain increasing interest. The shares are supported by the news flow and the outlook remains exciting.
Recent and forthcoming news flow.

24 Mar-05 Following successful trials, Asda entered into an agreement with Stanelco at the end of March on a 12 month exclusive agreement for their GREENSEAL tray lidding and thermoforming RF technology. The contract is expected to lead tothe conversion of several hundred machines and revenue streams
in excess of 5m in the first year. The exit rate of the licence income stream at the end of the period will similarly be around 5m. 7 & 11 Apr-05 Under the agreement with Premier Technology and Advanced Energy, the group has the structure in place to roll-out their RF technology, multi region, in both the retrofit and new capital market. This is fundamentally important, as prior to these agreements, there was a ceiling on the number of machines thegroup was able to retrofit in any year.

22 April AGM statement
Expected Shortly Confirmed contracts with the packaging houses for the conversion to RF technology. This will provide increased visibility of the income stream from the Asda contract.
