Referendum : to be in Europe or not to be ?, that is the question ! (REF)

required field - 03 Feb 2016 10:00

Thought I'd start a new thread as this is going to be a major talking point this year...have not made up my mind yet...(unlike bucksfizz)....but thinking of voting for an exit as Europe is not doing Britain any good at all it seems....

Poor old Fred lost the election .lost Milliband , lost the referendum , just about to lose Corbyn ,confused that a lot of us wanted Cameron gone .
Now just left posting cartoons and rubbish about £5 per litre of petrol and how we are all going to suffer when immigration is cut .

Yes the people are rightly getting fricked off with the Scots, they should
give them their independence and let the cnuts get on with it..

Lets see what the EU tells them..And it won't be complimentary...

The contacts/trading with EU partners will continue......obviously to obtain/participate in the standards set by the EU : Britain will have to pay its share......but now we have a choice of going along with certain matters or opting out......privately you can bet that most of Europe will envy us that's for sure !....

I'd be surprised if there was an early Scottish referendum : they have just had one and I doubt if there is enough support in Caledonia to trigger one just yet....time to wait and see for them .....

Brexit sparks surge for Scots independence
Huge swing in support for leaving Union

The Sunday Times

Timing is crucial for Sturgeon
Britain’s vote for Brexit has fuelled a rise in support for Scottish independence, with a majority of Scots now prepared to leave the UK, according to a new poll.

The Panelbase survey for The Sunday Times points to a reversal of the result of the 2014 independence referendum, with “yes” now on 52%, up seven points and “no” on 48%, down seven points.

It also found more than half (52%) believe Scotland is likely to become independent within 10 years, up from just 30% when the same question was asked in April.

Fred's just doing what losers always do, blame someone else!

VICTIM - 27 Jun 2016 09:02 - 3665 of 12628

Maxk , Freda is not a loser because he didn't enter the competition really .

VICTIM - 27 Jun 2016 09:05 - 3666 of 12628

Having thought about it , maybe this is why he doesn't vote because could he live with the fact that his vote went to the losing side .

jimmy b - 27 Jun 2016 09:09 - 3667 of 12628

I would think Fred is hoping Birmingham could break away and become an independent multicultural hub ,a kind of Polilthuaniagztan .

VICTIM - 27 Jun 2016 09:13 - 3668 of 12628

Can't pronounce that myself jimmy .

jimmy b - 27 Jun 2016 09:18 - 3669 of 12628

Your not a modern cosmopolitan , multicultural hipster VIC that's your problem.

hlyeo98 - 27 Jun 2016 09:20 - 3670 of 12628

The older generation has betrayed the next generation and Great Britain will be no longer great at all.

VICTIM - 27 Jun 2016 09:32 - 3671 of 12628

Do you mean the parents that went out to work day in day out , worked overtime , worked weekends so their children could have TV's in their rooms , horses , ponies , endless accessories phones , meals out , education , holidays abroad , cars supplied etc . Do they know the % youth unemployment in the EU , or that these endless immigrants are taking their jobs . I'm sure some on here could further give examples .

Claret Dragon - 27 Jun 2016 09:33 - 3672 of 12628

The older generatıon were sold a bill of lies when they voted ın 70's. Puttıng rıght that wrong.

cynic - 27 Jun 2016 09:45 - 3673 of 12628

haven't the time to troll through this lot - am on hol! - but though the labour party is in deep trouble, the tories need to sort out their own house and mend fences and fast if they are not to hand labour the next election pretty much by default
