The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

As a 100% serious guy. all right 99% all right all right 9% I read all of the posts with interest. Most have been written because of personal involvement Some give valuable non prejudice views.all are helpful, and most comments I can establish are for good reason.
With MDX I do not get it
[1] Tell me why the SP is so low when there has been no sell off? [just the reverse]
[2] Why is bad news timed for maximum impact, and good news followed by a but?
[3] Why would a company turn down offers that where 2x the then current price without other strong interest. And investors hear no comment.
[4] The Company remains in an offer period.. But no clever spin. Silence is not golden in this game.
[5] R.T accounting f*ck up describing IFRS accounting rules as "nonesense" . Was hardly going to send the price flying. [its pro forma the figures will be booked]
[6] Why is R.T and B.M apparently playing a game that is destroying the SPAre they in together? When the fat cat left did the mouse turn into a Rat.. Some conspiracy. You tell me.
[7] I read the same info as you all, and the company looks 1 + to me.. But obviously not to most. Have I miscalculated by so far.. surely not?
This game is full of Rats.when it looks good its badwhen it looks bad funny enough it turns out good for the chosen few. We beat each other senseless. And the city clean up.
And it looks bad.take note!!!! Im running on 9% serious.
Come on Dil hit me with your rhyme stickits good to be a lunatic.

bm and rt in my opinion dont get on.....and bm has a reputation and i imagine an agenda.
when u were away, there was a meeting between mdx and bm and other shareholders.
also there was a major seller day after day.....hopefully they r gone now.....they were selling at low prices even undercutting mm's.
its fact mdx have said nothing for 6 months that makes this weird for me......just need to put this into drawer until next year and then see where we are. as market is about to be hammered this summer so i think every share just about is going to be going downwards.
not to worry, uk will soon be bankrupt! anyone got a house to sell, lol.......i need to buy some brekkie 1st and drive to get there.....need to earn a few million 1st then

There is something defintely fishy going on here, the SP has been dropping like a stone, no statement from chairman, the volumes of buys in the 1st hour is over 400k with v little sales, just before the AGM, is this a setup to get us poor PI's to buy in just before the AGM which will give negative report and hence the pricing dropping again, i hope I'm wrong as I'm a holder but for how long is the question ??

i dont expect much to happen for rest of year.....it might drift a little and then drift up later part of year.
mdx i think will acquire further acquisition......in my opinion this is for bigger picture to be taken over by a large pharma......if u read biotech article in uk recently, u will see pharma are taking over biotech such that there arent too many left.....and mdx is biggest growth biotech in uk.
as for sp, maybe rt rejected bid but he wants higher price cos of his options......and he will want this to happen medium term. and with mdx price at its present value, he will want to make a success of mdx as it will be bad for his career....i'm rambling now.....nice tick up today anyway

It could be that Credite Agricole still dumping scotty , they been at it for months and if they're now below the 3% limit they wouldn't have to announce it.
The "strategic review" probably signalled to some "lack of cash" and also put the frightners on a few holders.

Scooty I agree with most of what you say..there was a major seller but not a sell off.check the figures for the last eight weeks. As for the market I believe you are correct it will be hammered.. I guess 4500 at the end of the year. I had a punt on barc dipping 3 which covered some pain. These stocks will look woeful in December
I have covered mdx all the way down to 48p and I am intrigued with this companythey will become a great earner and I will not be a seller in the near future.. Now comes the but...they are either severly crooked or RT needs to take a crash course in communication.the Jurys out.
I told you I was lucky Oilyrag trust me Im a bookmaker?

Latest news..Fred suspected RT & BM of foul play and hired a hit man. At the bottom of RTs garden the hitman put his telescopic gun together. How much to bump them both off. Fred asked..10,000 each replied the hitmanFor that I would want you to shoot RT in the mouthand BM in the Willie Thorn. You got a deal.. said the hit man. After ten minutes of aiming Fred shouted.. for Gods sake fire..to which the hit man replied..dont be impatient Fred I know you are short of money.. and the position they are in I can save you 10,000!

Thats BM's lot out of the running.
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Aquisitek Ltd. confirmed it has no intention of making an offer for pharmaceutical group Meldex International Plc.
Meldex rejected an offer from Aquisitek in February, saying the proposal significantly undervalued the company.
In late April, Meldex said it remained in talks 'with respect to a number of enquiries/approaches it has received', adding that it was examining its options.
Aquisitek, which confirmed its position in a regulatory filing Wednesday, is now not able to make an offer for Meldex for six months under UK takeover regulations.
