Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Well, I don't know about everybody else but Level2 feeds virtually useless again this afternoon.

Look at SSE at the moment - how can you trade with that !

Level1 feed keeps stalling as well.

I think this is the worst I have ever known it !

IanT(MoneyAM) - 27 Oct 2005 16:17 - 3919 of 7315

qwento,

I will take a look at SSE,

Ian

qwento - 27 Oct 2005 16:24 - 3920 of 7315

IanT - It's not just SSE - PRU RIO - take your pick - they all up the blooming creek !

IanT(MoneyAM) - 27 Oct 2005 16:28 - 3921 of 7315

qwento,

I apologise, the only way I can remove them now is to restart it - I can assure you that this will not happen again tomorrow,

Ian

qwento - 27 Oct 2005 16:34 - 3922 of 7315

IanT - You know, that's 3 days in a row where Level2 has been a waste of space.

I have emailed JT regarding additional Level1 feed problems.

Things seem to be going from bad to worse !

If this is supplier problems isn't it about time somebody kicked some arse !!!

IanT(MoneyAM) - 27 Oct 2005 16:36 - 3923 of 7315

qwento,

we know what has caused this problem, and it should not happen again tomorrow.Jt was on holiday today, but I will let him know you have mailed him

Hi Ian, Is there a problem this morning? I have graphs on my terminal ok but just blank grey spaces for the rest!
Di

IanT(MoneyAM) - 28 Oct 2005 08:12 - 3926 of 7315

Dyanamite,

There are no problems with the graphs at the moment - you might want to try restarting your browser,

Ian

Dynamite - 28 Oct 2005 08:16 - 3927 of 7315

It wasn't the graphs I had the problems with it was everything else. I have restarted my browser and all ok now thanks.
