Bought into IVE this morning, purely on speculation only... small time though. Don't know much about them though ! in for a penny in for a pound and all that.
Got out of TPG (dead loss and falling away fast)

GasRock were looking for any excuse whatsoever to pull the plug on their funding arrangement given the state of the current market.
IVE budget overrun is a minimal issue and gave GasRock excuse they needed to get out.
IVe still have oil producers.
Main issue as far as i can see is that oil prices are falling which will put pressure on marginal operators.
IVE's best chance for survival (over next 6 to 12 months) is to get wells into production and earn revenue. Cash is king in the current climate. No wonder the previous director left.
I'm in for the distance...

I'm in for the distance too however, I thought getting wells into production and earning revenues from these is what they should have completed already! They obviously lost their focus somewhere along the way...

john don't be childish, I can post anywhere I want and no I don't like people loosing money which is why I posted what I did.
I did because it was clear people were about to loose money.
If you took no notice, (and why should you, after all I am only another poster on a BB), bad luck, I seem to recall you dismissed my comment out of hand in the first instance.
You can be as bitter and twisted as you like, I don't give a stuff, I tried.
I am sure you recall those nice graphs showing the declining price of gas and the advice to do your own research?
Now as to what you do next?
Well thats up to you and good luck with your investment.

The nice graphs showing the declining price of gas has nothing to do with the fall.
Not being childish bitter or twisted, you thought you were being smart posting the news paper reporters were just out of school.
Explain to me the reason why you thought people were about to lose money did you know back in the middle october that ive was going to have an issue with metro?
My motto is you win some you lose some, but when you get people lurking about threads when the dont hold shares deramping and posting negative charts is not in anybody's interest but there own nasty agenda.

and people, like myself, go into shares knowing the risks and probably knowing that, particularly in the current market, that they will probably loose their investment or that it will be substantially marked down along the way....we know the risks.. ..it's all part of the fun (I don't put money into shares I can't afford to loose)... it's our decision and don't need anyone deramping/commenting on our positions...(particularly if they don't hold the share in question)

If you put money into a share knowing that you're 'probably' going to lose it, then I can only say you are either crazy or stupid.
Shares like anything else is a risk/reward ratio. High risk for little chance of reward is the reason the world is in this mess in the first place!

with AIM stocks it's a whole lot more riskier to start with... of course you only put your money into what seems like a good bet in the first place, but with time....
anyway I'm still happy to stay with IVE..still think it will come good but rewards will be delayed somewhat.

Okay john - good luck with your investment, btw I have stated I am an ex holder, now why do you think I sold before the drop?
You will not need to guess for too long.
Now grow up, theres a good boy
As a ps I am sure this will turn around, eventually.
Is that called deramping then?

Why is it anyone who posts a negative remark on a stock is deemed a deramper, shorting scum or some other unsuitable insult? BB's are for sharing opinions, which naturally will be different dependant on stance and if we didn't hold deiffering opinions stocks would never be bought or sold. John, you disparaged Poo's observation and it's come back to bite you in the arse, shame you couldn't accept he was right you were wrong with some grace. None of us are right all the time and if you post a public opinion you have to be willing to take the inevitable flak (or sometime applause!) Hope this turns around for you :)
