MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Latest news..Fred suspected RT & BM of foul play and hired a hit man. At the bottom of RTs garden the hitman put his telescopic gun together. How much to bump them both off. Fred asked..10,000 each replied the hitmanFor that I would want you to shoot RT in the mouthand BM in the Willie Thorn. You got a deal.. said the hit man. After ten minutes of aiming Fred shouted.. for Gods sake fire..to which the hit man replied..dont be impatient Fred I know you are short of money.. and the position they are in I can save you 10,000!

your hitman must be crap.....its at least 20,000 these days for a contract killing....and u meet a middle man to discuss things if thats what u wanted done.

its not the killing but disposal of person which makes it high price

Thats BM's lot out of the running.

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Aquisitek Ltd. confirmed it has no intention of making an offer for pharmaceutical group Meldex International Plc.

Meldex rejected an offer from Aquisitek in February, saying the proposal significantly undervalued the company.

In late April, Meldex said it remained in talks 'with respect to a number of enquiries/approaches it has received', adding that it was examining its options.

Aquisitek, which confirmed its position in a regulatory filing Wednesday, is now not able to make an offer for Meldex for six months under UK takeover regulations.

Thats true to form on an 8% blue day. Timmed to perfection.

scotinvestor - 25 Jun 2008 16:27 - 406 of 8631

no, thats not true dil.

he cant have a takeover until august at least........so not sure why he posted this....and today especially.

its as if he wants sp to be low.......yeah till aug so he can put another offer.

scotinvestor - 25 Jun 2008 16:41 - 407 of 8631

sp still fighting its way up today

Dil - 25 Jun 2008 16:49 - 408 of 8631

Big Pharma Faces Grim Prognosis (Wall Street Journal)
http://online.wsj.com/public/article/SB119689933952615133.html

This article bluntly explains why MDX could be a highly attractive takeover candidate AND names names of who could be doing the acquiring. If you own this share, you'll like the candidate list because they are the who's who of the Pharma industry on a global scale.

It also conveys why MDX IP could be extraordinarily valuable to an organization facing patent expirations that may be extended with alternative delivery methodologies

tasbasco,

Off topic, chocolate said that you may know what as happen to the poster named The French connection. He mailed me a year ago saying he was going on a 6 week hoilday, his email account with AOL seem's to be closed.

tabasco - 25 Jun 2008 17:07 - 411 of 8631

When bad news [so called] no longer effects the price you have half a chance. News at 14.50 price 38p twenty consecutive sells.closes 37.25..not the intended skinner.

scotinvestor - 25 Jun 2008 17:12 - 412 of 8631

i dont consider bm not putting an offer in as bad news.....i'm sure he has his own agenda.

but if u read the links that i provided above, u will see larger pharma companies all struggling.....and this will especially be worse in 2 or 3 years time.....hence mdx being biggest growth biotech co. is standing as possible takeover

scotinvestor - 25 Jun 2008 17:16 - 413 of 8631

not sure dil.....i thought it would be away back when he initially offered which was feb....hence why i said aug.
thats why its 6 months.....rather than bm announcing any day when its 6 months later after that.....jes, he could have announced in march 2009 which means it aint till sep 2009 before he can bid again.

anyway not sure now from your question. cheers

tabasco - 25 Jun 2008 17:19 - 414 of 8631

Aldwickk
I dont know if you are talking to me..but Im hot..not a Turkish trading company.. I like the topic and the chocolate gag.and anything French is nice..but if I wanted to talk in riddles Id have gone to Gotham City.

Dil - 25 Jun 2008 17:36 - 415 of 8631

I thought there was a timetable from the initial offer til it expired and then til they could bid again if initial offer was dead. So initial offer Feb , then period to accept or negotiate then expiry then six months before new offer can be made.

Just guessing though.

halifax - 25 Jun 2008 19:33 - 416 of 8631

Is there any tangible evidence there was ever an offer or is it just heresay?

aldwickk - 25 Jun 2008 22:21 - 417 of 8631

tabasco,

If your name is tabasco, yes I am talking to you.

Do you know what as happen to the poster called The French connection [ Jamie D B ] ? No riddle Robin, yes or no.
