Not entirely unexpected volatility in the share price today - don't be surprised if the price actually ends up on the day !!!

This is the madness of a hot bulletin board stock. As I mentioned yesterday the trick is not to panic and perhaps even top up if necessary !!!!

If anyone is interested we have taken another small position on GSH today (the size of the trade and the price of the trade being accepted after several days of trying !!).

More on that Company on the appropriate thread in due course.

am already short of one Chinese stock Bodisen (BODI) but I have now stepped up my campaign with an aggressive shorting campaign of Renesola (SOLA) which I started at 470p. Firstly there is the macro picture. That is to say, at some stage the China AIM bubble will burst and then ALL Chinese stocks listed on AIM will slump. I do not know when this will happen but it will. And on that basis, anyone holding any AIM listed Chinese stock should sell now.

Renesola stands out. Firstly, its shares have raced ahead in recent days for no apparent reason. Secondly the stock has been pumped by Bulletin Board morons in a way which I have not seen since the peak of 3dimmery. Such lunacy must presage a fall. Thirdly the rating is a joke. Even back at 422p this company is valued at 422 million yet its last quarterly net income was less than 4 million (on a miniscule tax charge). Its net assets are not much over 20 million and it is consistently cashflow negative yet was down to net cash of just over 3 million at the last period end. I am not convinced that its production methods provide a sustainable platform for long term stellar growth and everything convinces me that this is a cracking short.

But ML has a target of 800p, gf. Maybe a correction but not a slump.

Target price by M. Lynch of 8.
Based on the article alone, I would be very surprised to see the sp dip much further.

What on earth would he know about production methods anywhere.
It pays to remember that the Chinese were a great civilisation when most others were still in the stoneage, it would seem that they are on track to teach the world again on how to produce the goods.

I don't think the shorter has done much real research - profits are there for all to see (except in the Investor Presentation, which we all know is due for a re-write!).

He says he's done no research and doesn't understand the company, however he's shorting because of it's rapid rise! For a while he may succeed but I'd rather go with Merrill L than someone who knows nothing about the company-he never talks about his failures.

The same as all of us Evil gets some right but also gets some wrong.

Be very carefull with Evil, he kids on he knows nothing about a company when he jolly well knows that some will be fooled by that and still go in and buy.

Monday should be a facinating day.

Don`t understand what you mean by being fooled GF, this is a fast growing company, has been very well researched on various sites, is a fast growing industry throughout the world, so why would I be fooled by that.

Looks like Evil is right again. Down 23p now.

Doubtless there's plenty of room for day-traders with this stock. I expect the next results will do something positive for the SP.
