If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

This gets even more interesting - I have now got 2 (identical) stocckwatch screens open in front of me - one of which includes all the SEO info and one which does not.

bhunt1910,
I can't reproduce this, I'm afraid.
All I can suggest is to try the usual things - reboot your machine, and if that doesn't work, uninstall Java and then reinstall the lastest version.
James.

Would it be possible in a future enhancement of the Charting facility to add Moving Average Bands. The facility to add a band for a simple or exponential ma +/- a % value would be very helpful?

Around 6 months ago I tried to log In to MoneyAM down the library but could not as the username was not excepted, went Into my email and found that I had been allocated another U/N.
Yesterday the same thing happened (U/N not excepted)so I just gave up.
Never happened before at home as P/W and U/N are filled In automatically, any Ideas what's happening please?
I use a Mac at home but libaries only have PCs so have no choice but to use them, not sure different operating system should have been significant but I just don't know.

Hi johngtudor,
Thanks for the suggestion - I'll look into adding this in the future.
Cheers, James.

Logged out and then back again. RPT line is empty in Stockwatch apart from Epic. Opened in a new window (to access this page) and RPT line is complete. What is going on?

MMmmm Silence from the boffins at HQ. I can't take my Java any further as I'm running on wind-powered Win 98 and the latest Java update only goes as far as 98SE

About time MAM got rid of their Babbage calculating engines and invested in some more up to date kit.
I've got a few Amstrad 1512's going cheap if they're a bit short.

Just clicked back to Stockwatch and hey, guess what, RPT has a totally blank entry. The first time it happened I thought they had been suspended
