How would you like to trade a market where you get large regular price swings every 10 minutes in the afternoon, seven days a week. A
market where all prices are set purely by supply and demand, few transaction costs, no middle men and you only pay commission if you win? Where you can freely act as a market maker and where you have direct market access and where you can create a spread for others to take?
Betfair has revolutionised the betting market and created an open platform for exchanging risk on sports events. This market is now viewed much more like a traditional financial risk market than an old fashioned betting market. Smart users have realised that there are huge opportunities on Betfair because they can buy and sell risk in much the same way they would in a normal financial market but without the burden of cost or the restricted access that is usually associated with traditional financial markets.

Phew! I breath a big sigh of relief.
What a rubbish game. I am beginning to have disbelief in Sven. IMHO he took off our best player (Sean Wright Philips). Joe Cole, Lampard and Gerrard did not play well and Rooney hardly got a touch to do anything with it from a scoring potential.
The players are mostly obviously very stressed - as I was watching it.
Beckham played well and comfortably as did Robinson and Rio Ferdinand. Wales were quite relaxed and their precision passing and receiving were far better than England's.
Perhaps this match should have been a draw?
Anyway, I won my bet. But I'm not a very happy bunny, really.

Good start from Scotland. I am not opposing them on the basis of Italy's performance in Wales a while back. They don't like fighters.

Cricket getting interesting - huge slide in warwickshire price - pretty even now with 10 overs to go - prefer to be with the fielding side in situations like this

Greened up for the third time in the cricket today - Warwicks chances rest solely on Nick Knights shoulders - if he gets out Hampshires price will collapse completely

Italy do look very threatening, Vieri should have had a penalty just brfore half time. Mind you Fletcher had a good shout 1 minute later at the other end. Will be amazed if Italy don't score in the second half. Huge gulf in class, but Scotland trying to make up for it by sheer hard work. Going to be well knackered in the latter stages of the match though.

I am green on the cricket now and trying to avoid being greedy.
Will switch the footy for the second half as there is a lot of money and odds available to trade.
