Tadpole Evolves (TAD)

ainsoph - 23 May 2003 13:32

A new thread that may swim in hibernation for a few days or weeks as the process of evolution takes place ......

Imagine a slimmed down debt free company with one division stacked with orders and self financing with cash in the bank.

Then imagine a partner for the other division with pockets so deep that they could fund a rocket to the moon ..... and back

Dreaming of course but Tads can do that to you ..... what a gem or is that a bygone dream as well .....

Mighty.

You raise some valid points.

Would you say that your opinion stems from ADVFN's harsh treatment of you and MAM's purchase of your services?

Surely these factors can only lead to some kind of bias in your reasoning.

I'd be really interested in the real click rates here before and after the ainsoph episode.

MightyMicro - 12 Jun 2003 17:36 - 444 of 729

Cassis,

Fair point, but I was not concerned or upset by ADVFN's treatment, merely surprised - astonished may be a better word. I think they made a poor decision, based solely on who I was and not on what I said, posted or did.

Sure, I was delighted to have my company chosen to implement MoneyAM and we threw ourselves into it with enthusiasm.

I'm not privy to MoneyAM stats on click rates, but I believe that the growth in subscriptions and site usage has been exceptional.

Regards

MM

I don't believe it! A GEM announcement and not a word of comment. Bring back whatisname, I say. Let's get some discussion going!

Sequestor - 14 Jun 2003 17:32 - 446 of 729

and the renta- crowd bayed for the return of Queen Kay,
but `twas not to be as her head lay upon the floor beneath the executioners axe,
and verily `twas vowed by those of money, `tis a far far better thing we did, than we have ever done before, for behold the coffers do overflow from the taxes of those once Cowed by the felons, and the clicking of the coins, and the
crowding of the site was huge

When KDC and gang were banned from here, one of the Gang said that those who wished to see a blatant ramper removed would then turn on "others".
Since then , and it should be noted, I have seen nothing but reasonable banter,
no blatant silly ramps and no decrease in posts, with the exception of this dog, so no surprise there.
Well done MAM, keep out the fellons

Sequestor - 17 Jun 2003 12:41 - 449 of 729

You know what happened to Custer at the Bull Run?

snappy - 17 Jun 2003 12:54 - 450 of 729

History is not one of my strong points, tell me what did happen?

Sequestor - 17 Jun 2003 13:26 - 451 of 729

Well General George Custer won `loadsa medals`in the American Civil War, and achieved great acclaim at The Bull Run, and promotion,
however a weakness for being `top-dog` led him into his last stand at Little Big Horn- he just couldn`t admit to being wrong, and suffered the ultimate -scalped.

Let's hope that history doesn't repeat itself with KDC as he cannot admit to being wrong either ;-)

Sequestor - 17 Jun 2003 16:43 - 453 of 729

PRECISELY,
big concerted ramp on the other side today eh?

Sequestor - 17 Jun 2003 17:07 - 454 of 729

snap
there`s a classic from herself on iii

" that 500,000 purchase was clearly from the US"

SUCH PERCEPTION!

snappy - 17 Jun 2003 17:33 - 455 of 729

clearly from the US

funny that! I thought that brokers kept trades anonymous unless of course the 3% rule applies!

A strange uncanny ability to know exactly who is buying and selling - WOW

Sequestor - 17 Jun 2003 20:16 - 456 of 729

We Normals know NOTHING snap

Cassis - 17 Jun 2003 21:03 - 457 of 729

This line represents MAM activity.

MAM - you may ban me again but all it will mean is that I re-register, which will waste your time and mine.

Tris - 18 Jun 2003 06:22 - 460 of 729

Ian...and you wonder why its so quiet on here. Not a scrap of anything constructive!!
Bye

Sequestor - 18 Jun 2003 08:29 - 461 of 729

I can`t speak for Ian but I doubt if he wonders or cares what the TAD thread
has to say as long as the rest of the bb is healthy, and it is , the reason nothing constructive is being said is two fold, one everybit of washing clean and dirty from this co. has been picked over ad nauseum, and two the calibre of poster since the booting out of your other aliases is such that the need to post every nuance of a shares movement or lack of it is unecessary.
TAD is moribund, and range bound, er thats it
