TMC REACHING 20 SHAREHOLDERS CELEBRATION PARTY. (TMC)

oilyrag - 06 Jun 2007 14:58

I have created this new thread so that anyone who is interested in attending a celebration lunch, day out, whatever to celebrate TMC's share price reaching 20, can register their interest and voice an opinion on what they would like to do.

When,.......Obviously timing is not yet known.

Where,......Somewhere pretty central to most posters.

Who,.........Is it just investors, or do we include other halves.

What,........Theme park, slap up lunch, piss up.

Any ideas, put them forward on this thread and we can all openly discuss options and formulate a day of celebration.

European Nickel sells 2.5m shares in TMC reduces direct shareholding to 7.7%.

i have some and totally agree!

bertyknows - 25 Mar 2010 19:27 - 448 of 491

I made a packet on these in 2007/8 and i think it is time to buy in again given the price of Nickel and China restocking.
There's been a rumour of a 60p bid over on the LSE board but the volume doesn't exactly give any credibility to this. I think it's going up mainly to do with talk Atlas are set to re-open Berong (see link). A quiet board here which is just what i like!

Renewed interest in this berty, Nickel price hitting new 12 months highs which should see re-commencemnet of mining. Not as many as I once had of these but still a decent holding and waiting for the big payday.

Nickel finished around $10.70 per lb on Friday, TMC looks vulnerable to a bid at this price, pounds for pennies.

cynic - 28 Mar 2010 20:09 - 451 of 491

no idea about that, but it has to be a racing certainty that nickel prices will rise as it is a fundamental constituent of stainless steel, for which there is already a significant increase in demand
whether or not there is a direct correlation between the above and the value of TMC is somewhat more conjectural

Maybe time for a look at the shares at this lower prices 25.50 / 27p

Starting to move higher since yesterday with higher volume, though this morning is marked down so far on buying. Nickle prices recovering from lows. Indicators on the UP as is MACD on the verge of turning up towards the signal point.

MMs have been playing games this morning witht he share price on the level 2

Marked up from the start with buying and then only 5k sells and moving the prices lower each time.

Have MMs managed to call down the buying on marking down the bid prices on small sells?

They did so far, but not able to fill their book with enough sells to cover today's and yesterday's buys, so the game for investors is keep buying and the only way for them will be to lift the prices much higher than before.

Level 2 is 2 v 1

Master RSI - 06 Oct 2010 09:32 - 457 of 491

Someone can be a "cynic" and some others take it a sign of confidence.

The share price has been slowly bouncing from what could be an "INVERTED HEAD AND SHOULDERS" if it carry on rising

3 MMs went blue

After the market close yesterday, there was an RNS about share price movement >>>>>>>

Statement re possible offer

The Board of Toledo Mining Corporation plc ("Toledo" or the "Company") notes the recent movement in the Company's share price and confirms that it has received a preliminary approach from a third party which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the entire issued share capital of the Company.

mitzy - 10 Dec 2010 09:33 - 460 of 491

Thanks cielo I must have missed it.

cynic - 10 Dec 2010 09:33 - 461 of 491

it would be jolly if something materialises ..... i have a modest stake here and it has been seriously dull to say the least

ahoj - 26 Apr 2011 12:39 - 462 of 491

This has not moved since the report last week. This is certainly positive news:

Toledo Mining Corporation plc

("Toledo" or the "Company") (AIM:TMC)

Berong Nickel Corporation - Ore Sales

Toledo is pleased to announce that Berong Nickel Corporation ("BNC") has
finalised the sale of its remaining stockpile of nickel ore.

The existing stockpile at Berong of some 150,000 wet metric tonnes (wmt)
averaging 1.45% nickel (Ni) will be shipped under a contract with Shaanxi Energy
Metals and Minerals Resources Co., Ltd, China. The first shipment of 50,000wmt
is scheduled for the second half of May with two further shipments of 50,000wmt
each scheduled for June.

BNC will use the proceeds from the sale of the stockpile to provide working
capital to support the resumption of operations at the Berong nickel mine. The
main aspects of the mining plan have now been agreed with our joint venture
partners. We are in the process of finalising the details and will update our
shareholders shortly.

This bunch of abusive retards is the reason MoneyAM will NEVER have a forum worth reading.

I have reported them to support by they do nothing, either because they want to force me to PAY them for the Traders Room or because they are too lazy to do anything. Maybe the people in support are the ones perpetrating the abuse, so as to force people to pay for the premium boards. Either way the service is sh1te and a disgrace to the finance industry. No wonder there is nobody left here apart from morons.

I will continue posting my good research on boards that are run in accordance with FSA and LSE listing rules and the interests of the market, not here where ar5eh0les rule the boards and all decent research is buried under their piles of sh1te.
