LONDON (AFX) - Provexis PLC said it has entered into a long-term collaboration agreement with Unilever PLC to jointly develop a new concentrated format of its patented Fruitflow heart-health technology for application in Unilever's food product portfolio.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
The partners plan to enter into a global licence arrangement for the technology.
Fruitflow is a patented natural extract from tomato which Provexis said has been shown in human trials to reduce the propensity for aberrant blood clotting that is typically associated with cardiovascular disease and which can lead to heart attack or stroke.
In 2005 the market for heart benefit foods was worth 4 bln usd globally, Provexis added.
Considering the growth potential this share has a target of about 8-10p in the medium tern and is a good buy at current levels
As usual, pls do ur own research.

judging by the lack of sp movement and it being a good hour into AGM, it is reasonable to suppose that nothing of great moment has come to light

hard to know really ...... i'm certainly an ass as allowed greed to rule brain, but no real harm done, and even if sp collapses to zero, it will be painful but no more than that
============
in fact, not too bad a finish under the circumstances at 7.5/8.00 with last trade at 7.75

Blanche, even at 7p or so the good news has to be already written in to the sp....what's the market cap ? about 50 or 60 million with no earnings or precious little, even if they dig out a big contract with somebody : to get the earnings for a company to be worth in excess of the present sp will take some doing...

i can afford to hold, and though that holding is fairly modest, it is margin-greedy .... put another way, if it bolts to 10 i shall be out!

required field, As from the first time i brought this share @.78 i said brilliant long term. I dont expect things to happen overnight, From acorns do mighty oaks grow. I know the sp is ahead of its self, as stated previously, Thats all down to mms manipulation.

If you bought at that price (.78 of a penny) then you have done extremely well.....take some profits ...

there's actually 5/6 MMs so spread/price cannot be manipulated so easily,
blanche - i don't know how many of these things you hold, but if you have enough to make it worthwhile, then you're nuts not to trade at least a portion - i.e. take some profit and buy back again as and when it looks right
