Pretax losses widened to 997,528 stg from 242,667 stg in the year-earlier period. The company has no sales.

During the period Black Rock's inaugural chairman David Steinepreis stepped down as part of the company's process of moving from Australia to the UK.
The AIM-listed company has petroleum interests in the UK, Republic of Ireland, and Australia, although it plans to focus on further acquisitions in Europe and the North Sea and reduce its exposure in Australia.

Should not be long before we see some significant moves in the right direction as Ivan seems to be getting things moving now. A find in Columbia or IOW will do the trick and at present I think this share is way undervalued IMHO. !!!!
