When is the Cheltenham meeting?
I don't do horse racing but thought I might give it a try as the chances of me winning don't seem to be any worse than my attempts to win on the Dow, S&P 500 or Reuters.

Hi all, not stay long as I've been away all week - so it has taken me quite a while to read all your posts as you all have been busy in here!

In answer to the question about the S London Meeting - I had less than 10 people interested, which is not enough to hold the meeting (especially as not all will be able to make it!). I asked Spaceman to start a thread to see if it could get the curiousity of a few others - but alas no response......

Shame about that little woman.
Maybe we should persuade GD to get a real Cafe.

I thought i might start up a Horse Racing Game just for fun as usuall. If you take part i will start each punter off with say 5000 and will select a horse race that is due to be shown on TV at the weekends. You make your bets and win or lose accordingly to the actual outcome! Does anyone fancy the idea?????????
