The Board of Toledo Mining Corporation plc ("Toledo" or the "Company") notes the recent movement in the Company's share price and confirms that it has received a preliminary approach from a third party which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the entire issued share capital of the Company.

Berong Nickel Corporation - Ore Sales

Toledo is pleased to announce that Berong Nickel Corporation ("BNC") has
finalised the sale of its remaining stockpile of nickel ore.

The existing stockpile at Berong of some 150,000 wet metric tonnes (wmt)
averaging 1.45% nickel (Ni) will be shipped under a contract with Shaanxi Energy
Metals and Minerals Resources Co., Ltd, China. The first shipment of 50,000wmt
is scheduled for the second half of May with two further shipments of 50,000wmt
each scheduled for June.

BNC will use the proceeds from the sale of the stockpile to provide working
capital to support the resumption of operations at the Berong nickel mine. The
main aspects of the mining plan have now been agreed with our joint venture
partners. We are in the process of finalising the details and will update our
shareholders shortly.

Toledo Mining director resigns

Toledo has announced that Felix Pole, Non-executive Director of the Company, will be stepping down from his position at the end of June 2011.

It had been Pole's intention to stand down at the last Annual General Meeting of the Company. This was delayed by mutual agreement to enable him to assist in the development of the commercial opportunities which have now resulted in the reopening of the Berong Nickel Mine.

Toledo Mining Corporation plc was informed on 9 June 2011 that Mr. Jason
Cropper has increased his holding of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") and now holds an interest in 6,856,514 Ordinary Shares, representing
13.76 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.

So, they can get the loan if needed at all.

The reopenned mine should increase the vlue two or three folds, IMO

If they do not need to issue shares, the price will move to 50+p. IMO

It has started to move. I have lots at 100p.
