OK temporary accomodation for us ex-pats of Spacie's coffee house that is sadly now boarded up and in memory of Goldie's old pad the tearooms.
No fancy stuff, as this is temporary until we find a nice new place but it's warm down here with the fire and aga and I've organised a daily guinness, lager and wine delivery. There is a small kitchen in the corner and a few comfy cosy armchairs.
So feel free to take refuge when you need a break - self-service generally I'm afraid but when I can I'll rustle up a meal :>)

Wow, I'm amazed, I ask a simple question and get lots of ideas. It's just that I live by the sea and as soon as it starts to rain, everyone comes running out of the sea. Very strange behaviour. Mind you, not many swimming in the oggin at this time of year.

A grey day, but nevertheless, I have decided to wander abroad. Maybe a short trip to Tesco or Lidl would fit the bill. Got to get some excitement somehow!

Today I am mostly be eating this left over spag bol to celebrate filing a very late tax return! Then I am going on a trip to Sainsburys and Currys; risky I know but I like a bit of an adventure, it can be particularly exciting negotiating the exotic fruit section in Sainsburys!

No, in far more exotic North Wales! The Sainsburys species though is much rarer up here than in Brighton!!

Why is it so cold, what happened to global warming? I need a nice cuppa.

Cuppa coming up, I'll just chip the ice away first.
It appears that, for the earth to really warm up the polar ice caps have to melt entirely. Whilst the ice caps are melting huge chunks break away and start to float around the world, thus making areas that were previously warm, cold. This coldness in turn causes the area to freeze which then starts a new ice age.
Well, that's my theory anyway. It seems reasonable enough given today's temperature!
