It is the same Watermark. My reading is that the old management had a personality split with (old?) Watermark. Now there is new management( on both sides?) they are free to behave in a more adult fashion and capitalise on each other's strengths. Good decision, good management, good trrades today.

Looked at the trades for a few weeks, seems every friday there is a rally for shares and then they drop the price the following week, is this simply not another trap.

Look how cagey the MMs are ! Is news expected ? According to a poster on ADVFN there is a two day presentation to institutions taking place !

There is a rumour of a placing. Question is at what price and for what purpose. Remember there was talk of a large non-ULD order.

Beginning to think I am the kiss of death.....I have waited ages to jump in here....thought it seemed like a good time....

perspective please people!

1. we all knew a fund raising was coming
2. this will NOT be at anything like 4p
3. firm now has excellent order flow and can now justify asking for working capital
4. my call is that they raise at between 6p and 7p and these rally to 20p in 3 months
5. once complete we will at last have certainty...35p again???
