vasey - 15 Mar 2004 14:46 - 4768 of 23498

Lots of wet rain here in Glasgow, so hiding in an internet cafe. Must say, the food is better in 'Poochy's'.....and this lot don't even have a booze licence. Grrh!....

This_is_me - 15 Mar 2004 15:15 - 4769 of 23498

I haven't been in so belated happy birthday.

This_is_me - 15 Mar 2004 15:27 - 4770 of 23498

It is stockpotbunny's fault - it is the mad March hare syndrome. I've gone and done it, completely out of character.

CHA - I bought some, cheaper than wallpaper if it goes wrong anyway! My excuse is that they kept going down after the last set of improved results and seem to have bottomed out.

jeffmack - 15 Mar 2004 16:07 - 4771 of 23498

TIM
Always had you down as a bottom picker

This_is_me - 15 Mar 2004 16:29 - 4772 of 23498

jeff

Don't tell the girls!

optomistic - 15 Mar 2004 16:37 - 4773 of 23498

Just arrived home, had a painless visit to the dentist, thanks for all those Happy Birthday wishes. Will have a look at the market now its closed, from what I saw earlier on nothing seemed to be happening very much.
21 candles Bunny, you are kind.

optomistic
A belated many happy returns of the day from me too.

Sorry I'm so late in today, got press ganged for the usual preparations to repel boarders here in Cheltenham. Now I'm getting older the usual mine laying is very wearing on the back, the barbed wire I can manage OK, lots of practice in the RAF.

I hear from the licensed victuallers that Cheltenham is also likely to become "dry" after a few days, they had not realised that both Hightone and Jeffmack were coming!

Vaey
What are you doing in an internet cafe in Glasgow, I thought that was where you lived? (In Glasgow that is, not in an internet cafe).

jeffmack - 15 Mar 2004 19:14 - 4775 of 23498

I dont mind bringing my own beer but not the women

Golddog - 15 Mar 2004 20:26 - 4776 of 23498

Happy Belated Birthday to jeffers and opy. The Tea Rooms is full of birthday cards and presents. Drinks for all.
:-)

I will have a pint of Bods as usuall.

jeffmack - 15 Mar 2004 20:36 - 4777 of 23498

Socs should be paying out of his winnings from Saturday

Socrates - 15 Mar 2004 21:34 - 4778 of 23498

Jeffmack
Beginners luck, but nontheless the money is behind the bar. With you and Hightone in Cheltenham the money should last a bit longer. Plenty of cash for Vasey to have the odd glass of bubbly.

This_is_me - 16 Mar 2004 10:32 - 4779 of 23498

Nobody about? It must be Easter Bunny time and everyone is out over the CHA courses with their shotguns to get rid of the pests and stop them making a mess of the greens!

vasey - 16 Mar 2004 10:56 - 4780 of 23498

I was hiding from the heavy rain en route to the station. I didn't want my expensive boots being damaged, so thought I would log in from the cheapo cafes.

stockbunny - 16 Mar 2004 14:42 - 4781 of 23498

Good Afternoon everyone!

Announcement:
"Stockbunny (aka the bunny, bunny-wunny, bunny-one, stockpotbunny etc)
would like to make it completely clear that all strange, odd, unwise,
plain risky, wild, or eccentric transactions carried out by
This-Is-Me (aka T-I-M, Timmie etc) are in no way connected to the
aforesaid Stockbunny, who basically denies all involvement/knowledge about most things, excepting for the easter bunny's whereabouts, which shall remain a closely guarded secret. Further that any fits of madness aka 'creative thinking/investing' on the behalf of the afore mentioned
This-Is-Me is soley and simply a reflection of
him being himself.Thank you!" (giggling off to the kitchen)

Ok piece of chocolate cake and a cup of tea please!!

This_is_me - 16 Mar 2004 14:52 - 4782 of 23498

No you don't! I've just washed the kitchen floor and I don't want paw prints or rabbit droppings all over it!

stockbunny - 16 Mar 2004 15:01 - 4783 of 23498

TOO LATE!!!! (Hee-Hee!!!)

stockbunny - 16 Mar 2004 15:24 - 4784 of 23498

Ok I'm outta here before he starts chasing me about with his
mop and bucket! (the bunny has to do some work...sometimes!)
Be lucky people!!!
