jeff, Not sure how to rectify margin will keep trying. Get a Brandy down yer!
:-)

lwoman, Great game - infact i put link in header for it. :-)

I'm afraid Poochy is nursing a slight black eye this evening! jealous husband and all that. It's not funny and no joke cos it hurts. I suppose i had it coming. :-(

Must dash and will update investment game when i can.

Not sure when jeffmack will anounce horse bets since he will be late back from Chelt but if he does please place your bets - you have 1000 starting pot but try not to use it all in one go. Remember 2 bets only of a win and/or each-way bet. (each-way bet will cost you double)

:-)
bye

little woman - 19 Mar 2004 11:12 - 4810 of 23498

GD
Most of the horses stay at the racecourse stables, like a little holiday.

Well just home from a great three days at Cheltenham. Didnt win a bean but what the hell, had one helll of a time. Found some great pubs in Cheltenham, everyone very friendly, even the police. (except the one that locked me up for the night)

Nice lasses as well...

stockbunny - 19 Mar 2004 15:35 - 4812 of 23498

Oh GD have a pack of frozen peas for that eye...

JeffMack glad you enjoyed yourself and I trust should any of your
offspring ever get 'locked up for the night' you will be suitable
understanding.......glasshouses, stones and all that....

Not much news for LW in SA these past few weeks, hope all's ok.

I'll have some cheese and bics with a glass of wine I think...

Socrates - 19 Mar 2004 17:52 - 4813 of 23498

Is it safe to go out now?

snoball - 19 Mar 2004 18:10 - 4814 of 23498

I think so Socs.

Must be time for tea.

While I am here can any of you astute investors suggest where to start looking with a view to investing in real estate related businesses. I can't afford a house.

jeffmack - 19 Mar 2004 18:22 - 4815 of 23498

Socs
Did I see you and HT getting out of that big stretch Limo outside the Fez club. For some reason the doorman turned their noses up at us when we approached the door. So we went to the Swan instead.

No it wasn't me with the stretched limo, anyway the Fez won't let me in any more. I'm persona non grata after the episode with the Rottweiler and the Halibut.

Interesting game this betting thingy, what do all the funny numbers mean?

I'll bung 100 each way on Paperprophet, because that's all it will be!

Crocodile
Is that horse a push-me-pull-you animal?
