Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Fundy,

That is very strange - the support box has hardly any E mails in it and has received mail over the weekend and this morning - could you try my personal account ian@moneyam.com?

Anyone else have this problem.

the links to such as Stockwatch, Investors room are very slow to work.
The link to earlier threads, pages are also very slow and the actual link to thread list sometimes has not worked after 10 to 20 seconds, occasionally not at all. Is it me or is anyone else having same problem. My other sites work fine.

katcot - 02 Jun 2006 08:27 - 5054 of 7315

I know this sounds spooky but Plus Markets (PMK) has disappeared from my watchlists and I cannot get it to load up again ------someone trying to tell me something?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 02 Jun 2006 08:29 - 5055 of 7315

katcot,

Will take a look,

Ian

IanT(MoneyAM) - 02 Jun 2006 08:32 - 5056 of 7315

katcot,

I can get it in my watchlist, but the name is appearing as new aim compny. However, the pricing information is correct. I will speak to our feed suppliers to get them to put the correct name in place,

Ian

Jules - 02 Jun 2006 08:35 - 5057 of 7315

on Level 2... it says that PMK is New Aim Company??? and Ashtead is spelled Ashstead??

IanT(MoneyAM) - 02 Jun 2006 08:42 - 5058 of 7315

Jules,

Yeah is showing teh same on level 1 I am going o notify our suppliers to get them to change it.
