Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

qwento,

can you refresh - it is now gone - it would appear that it was stuck on one of our streamers, therefore, I didn't spot it first time around.

Ian Rio 2896 AAl 2097

qwento - 02 Jun 2006 15:35 - 5072 of 7315

Ian, the problem is that if the price moves such as the rogue order(s) are encompassed within the current price you do not know that they are there.

AAL looked OK 5 minutes ago - now I can see that there are rogue orders at 2097 and 2098 on the ask side.

Sounds as if it's a case of back to the drawing board. Somewhere along the line the Level2 feed cannot handle a sudden load (or so it seems).

The 2:45 to 3:00 stampede caused all of the problems today.

Di,

On it,

qwento,

JT is investigating.

Yesterdays volumes still showing?

dell314 - 07 Jun 2006 07:25 - 5079 of 7315

As well as stockwatch showing all yesterday's information, we also appear to have practically no RNS announcements. They also seem to be missing from UKwire, so I guess they'll need a prod to sort out their feeds and yours.

Stockwatch completely green???????

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 07 Jun 2006 08:04 - 5087 of 7315

Hello,

UKWire were having problems this morning hence no RNS news.

I've been working on the incorrect stockwatch prices for the last hour and they're nearly resolved. When one of our processes has finished catching up for the day I'll be rebooting the level1 and level2 streamers which will then pick up the correct prices.

I'm sorry for this inconvenience but it should be resolved shortly.

J.

TullettJ (MoneyAM) - 07 Jun 2006 08:12 - 5089 of 7315

Hello,

All level1 and level2 prices should now be correct.

Please let me know if you're still seeing incorrect figures.
