Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

They are matching level1, could you confirm if it's the case that level1 % change is wrong too? I rather suspect it is.

Just a minor issue. I cannot get the correct price for TDM into my portfolio. it appears as 0p. H

Is Market scan working?

In Market Scan there's a box showing the number of stocks, rising, falling & unchanged.

Last time I looked no stocks were rising, none were falling and 7000+ were unchanged????

We have been working on the 2 issues a) on Market Scan and b) the sell and buy volumes on stockwatch before open. As soon as the tech guys have made progress on these, I will let you all know,

Morning Ian,

The RIO intraday charts are no good for RIO this morning because they show trades at 1400 which throw the charts out totally. Is there anyway of removing this?
