Hearing strong rumours that Cardiff City will be adopting the Icelandic "viking clap" next season in honour of their captain and Cardiff City stalwart Aarron Gunnarrsson and it is hoped that no English clubs fans will will take it the wrong way and think we are taking the p*ss .

Lol , as if :-)

Good luck tonight. We are on a roll and I can't wait to see Ronaldos's face when you win.

Messi gets 21 months in prison for tax fraud . Doubt it will be hard labour .

Dil - 06 Jul 2016 18:09 - 5177 of 6918

Any chance of Ronaldo getting the same preferably in the next hour and half.

Come on Wales do it for Aaron he's the one who has got us this far.

MaxK - 06 Jul 2016 18:24 - 5178 of 6918

Aye, away the lads.

Gives the Ports what for...I'm sure they'll like it :-)

Haystack - 06 Jul 2016 18:52 - 5179 of 6918

Messi won't go to jail. Sentences of under 2 years are not implemented. They have the same system in Italy. That's what kept Burlusconi out of prison.

Looks like the Welsh are going to get a fantastic welcome home. They did pretty phenominally well - and tons better than England.

Dil - 07 Jul 2016 09:54 - 5183 of 6918

Was always going to be a big ask without Ramsey who has been our best player throughout and so it proved.

Congratulations and well done to all our superstars from Burnley , Reading , MK Dons , Woves , Palace , WBA reserves etc on getting us as far as you did.

Now let's do it again at the World Cup.

VICTIM - 07 Jul 2016 14:52 - 5184 of 6918

Victor Valdes: Middlesbrough sign former Barcelona and Man United goalkeeper

Middlesbrough have signed former Barcelona and Manchester United goalkeeper Victor Valdes.

The 34-year-old, who has played 106 Champions League games, has signed on a two-year deal after being released by United in June.

Valdes spent time on loan with Standard Liege last season.

"You can't imagine how delighted I am because it's not usual to bring players like him to recently promoted teams," said head coach Aitor Karanka.

Valdes becomes Middlesbrough's fifth signing this summer, following Viktor Fischer, Bernardo Espinosa, Marten de Roon and defender Jordan McGhee.

Karanka told the club's official website: "He knows how strong this group is. It's a privilege for us to be able to bring a player like this to the club."

Well done France...fantastic European championships....Portugal are going to be tricky in the final......don't really want to mention it again but the team England are to have to step up a few gears to succeed in these tournaments because they are completely looking below par as it is .....

Martini - 07 Jul 2016 23:09 - 5187 of 6918

Yes good outcome for Wales and did their country proud but not as proud as they would have been if they had beaten England along the way.

required field - 08 Jul 2016 09:03 - 5188 of 6918

England were lucky to get that last mn goal.....but perhaps deserved to win that game......why were there so many changes from one game to another......crazy.....we have the potential to do well but each time somehow the team blunders.....they were so poor against Iceland it's unbelievable.....

VICTIM - 08 Jul 2016 09:12 - 5189 of 6918

I would put it down to the incompetence of Hodgson , trying to be too clever . You should play your best team , what other manager did what Hodgson did , none they played the best team they had each game .

grannyboy - 08 Jul 2016 10:12 - 5190 of 6918

No matter what team England put out, they're not good enough, don't have the right mentality or determination...

IN other words totally crap, arrogant shits...

Claret Dragon - 08 Jul 2016 11:10 - 5191 of 6918

England have produced very average players for years. Nothıng wıll change. They wıll qualıfy agaın for 2018 fınals due to the lack of opposıtıon ın the group. In two years, are there any World class players comıng through? I dont see any when I watch from my seat at WHU.

VICTIM - 08 Jul 2016 11:20 - 5192 of 6918

I suppose you could say that about Wales or Iceland Claret , players need to know what their role is in a game nowadays , and if the Manager can't even do that then you have no chance .
