If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Morning Ian,
Stockwatch wont load. (0715 hrs,0720hrs,and 0726 hrs).
Tried 3 times giving it at least 2 mins each time. Comes up Not Responding.
No problem re Java as it's working on my other site.
The link to investers room also took 3 attempts before it would load.
Greek.

If anyone is still having problems - please close down your machine and restart it, then log in and try again. We have restarted the streaming services, but unfortunately, data prior to the restart will have been lost. as more data comes in the figures will populate.

Is it just me ?
I keep getting the following error when obtaining a Quote or selecting the Market Scan - in fact, I get it whatever I do apart from viewing the bulletin boards.
Line : 2 Error : Unterminated String Constant
All pages display OK apart from the above error.
To make matters worse the annoying full screen ad that appears is also giving a server timeout error.

qwento,
I have just had a look at quote and market scan and around the rest of the site, and I cannot reproduce this. I will speak to the tech guys to see if they can shed any light on it.

Ian,
First of all Happy New Year to all (crawl, crawl, brownie points for the future).
Any idea why an RNS re Deltex (DEMG) released at 0702 today is not showing on Stockwatch.
RNS Number:8679O Deltex Medical Group PLC 03 January 2007.
Thanks Greek.
