The Independent
Stanelco ticked 1p lower to 25p after unveiling the purchase of Biotec for $25m. The German group, which is controlled by Essam Khashoggi, the younger brother of the Saudi arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi, has a number of patents for use in the packaging industry where Stanelco is focused.

The Khashoggi family are billionaires, I once read about the daughter in the Sunday Times magazine, she was a billionairess when she was 18 ....
Hopefully the Khashoggi family will buy some SEO stock now :)
Maybe one reason Earthshell and Biotec haven't taken off, is USA political pressure on companies to not deal with 'an international arms dealer', following 9/11 .... read all the stuff he has done in the past here, includes Iran and the Marcos family
http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Khashoggi+billionaire&h l=en&lr=&start=10&sa=N
If that is the case maybe Stanelco should buy Earthshell too, and take it into what USA companies consider 'respectable' hands ....
Cheers,
PM

Joking aside, I hold BGY and yesterday, prior to a sudden rise in the SP there were a number of stupidly small trades going through, so there is probably truth in the idea that it is an MM semaphore system. What would you give to crack any code there may be??

Thank you Driver - good to see you are not at work today !!
from lemminginvestor.com yesterday
............."The deal is a masterstroke - though still subject to formal shareholder approval, and may therefore not be taken into the share price until then.
SEO believes it to be - and so do we - " The next piece in the jigsaw that will enable Stanelco to become one of the world's leading exponents of viable,
alternative, environmentally responsible packaging methods"
Yet as so often happens, good news is used by short term traders to sell into
strength, and the shares have fallen by 4% today (see chart at end of this report) where they have been flatlining for eight trading days, moving across the centre trend into gently oversold position.
SEO is to acquire the whole of Biotec Holding GmbH of Emmerich, on the Rhine at the Dutch border in Germany, and its subsidiaries (E. Khashoggi Industries LLC) for a total of US$25m in cash, payable over 24 months.

Sherlock - we all have different strategies and timeframes. You must go with your plan - I am in for the longer term. I tried day trading these a while back and I kept getting my fingers burnt - so now I set a generous Stop Loss and hold for long term accepting that there will be peaks and troughs along the way.
Good Luck
