Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

The prices page is all messed up (fubar).

Just tried again (OK) - I was trying to access moneyam.com, not /beta

I cannot access Market News on the Home Page. Although I am a Beta Tester it won't seem to allow me access.

I was trying to access today's MoneyAM's Market News "Abbey National Downgrade" feature.

Anyone else having this trouble?

I notice that the header for the Bulletin boards says just that 'Bulletin Board'. If you are half way down a list of threads you cannot tell which BB you are in apart from the URL. This also means that it just has Bulletin Board on the task list at the bottom of Windows.

I think all of the window titles need to be rethought and standardised bearing in mind people normally have many windows open and long titles get truncated on the buttons at the bottom of the screen. I would prefer abbreviations such as:

AM: IBB (for Investors' BB)
AM: TBB
AM: News
AM: Stockwatch (or even just Watch)

etc., also giving the share EPIC if the window relates to a particular share,

e.g.

AM: L2 ANL

Currently threads on the BB get given the thread title as window title, this is confusing and should just read BB.

I have a news item on ALH from A***N which is an RNS item. This is not appearing on AM. It is timed at 9:10am today. This should be here also.

No - can now access if turn off streaming but the "other place" works with streaming. Hope this helps you sort it out

Mighty --no I have had no problems until this morning. Still getting all my other streaming serives fine apart from MoneyAM.

TrebleWide, Pugugly - Are you connecting over a modem? The first time you connect to get your stockwatch it will take a few seconds to download the applet (it's about 100K). During that time, depending on what Java plugin you have, you will probably see a grey screen. Once it's loaded once, it should remain cached in your browser and subsequent loads will be quick. The delay will only occur again if we update the applet, which should be relatively infrequently.

Couldn't access traders room from Stockwatch-had to close out & open up again?

I still cannot access my stockwatch list with streaming turned on.

Nothing has changed from yesterday I do not dial in over a modem i conenct via my company network which worked fine until yesterday.

strating to get frustrating

BUT - the Search function for EPIC gave me gobbledegook - tried it several times - same response.
