Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Apologies it is a known issue with them displaying at open - which James is looking into. They should be fine now.

0057659,

Our suppliers had an outage at 12.52pm, which they resolved by switching to a back up at 12.59pm, unfortunately, data transmitted during this seven minute period was lost. Apologies for the inconvenince,

Ian

Ian

Will this rectify itself or do we need to log off and log back in again or will it remain like this for the time being?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 20 Mar 2007 13:33 - 5565 of 7315

0057659,

Unfortunately, we cannot recover any data lost during that 7 minute period, but as the the MM's change their quotes on seaq stocks, the problem will rectify itself.

Still having problems with FTSE 100 stock charts inside a Terminal. They do not work until 8:15. Same problem with the 'Old Java' intraday charts on the Charts page.

Not impressed with the lack of technical support here.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 23 Mar 2007 08:13 - 5570 of 7315

rich65,
