Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Mighty --no I have had no problems until this morning. Still getting all my other streaming serives fine apart from MoneyAM.

TrebleWide, Pugugly - Are you connecting over a modem? The first time you connect to get your stockwatch it will take a few seconds to download the applet (it's about 100K). During that time, depending on what Java plugin you have, you will probably see a grey screen. Once it's loaded once, it should remain cached in your browser and subsequent loads will be quick. The delay will only occur again if we update the applet, which should be relatively infrequently.

Couldn't access traders room from Stockwatch-had to close out & open up again?

I still cannot access my stockwatch list with streaming turned on.

Nothing has changed from yesterday I do not dial in over a modem i conenct via my company network which worked fine until yesterday.

PugUgly - that's a strange one. Try holding down Ctrl and hitting the Refresh icon. That will force a reload of the applet - it looks like it may have been corrupted. Let me know how you get on.

Chaspebble - Can you remember what stock you were last looking at on the Charts, Trades or Research pages?

Can't tell you what it was in Quote, but in Charts and Research, if I go into them now, it says DEX. Still can't get into Quote. DEX was definitely what I looked at in Charts. As for Research, wassat, then? ;-)

Anyone having trouble with DOW and UKX EPICs on their watchlist? Both of these disappeared from my watchlist when I tried to add a new EPIC.
