Its fallen to 9p today still cannot believe its quite this low.

No sign of a base forming yet, most deals shown as buys are sells MMs working this one down maybe some news coming then they will move back in.

I will buy when they fall another penny and then see what happens.

First quarter PGM production should be known by now.

Still holding just above 9p at w/e close gives hope that this is a floor for now, but some good news would be most welcome.

Still trying to find its own level some big selling today.

Moving on up strongly.

Board Changes

The Board of Braemore today announces that Hamish Bohannan has resigned from the
Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Bohannan was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the
Company in November 2006. The settlement terms of the resignation included the
cancellation of the 10,000,000 options granted to him to buy ordinary shares in
the Company.

The Board has appointed David Russell and Clayton Dodd as acting Interim Joint
Chief Executive Officers. Clayton Dodd is currently an Executive Director of the
Company, however David Russell will not be appointed to the Board during this
interim appointment.

David Russell worked alongside Mr. Bohannan from 2006-2007 as an Executive
Director of Braemore's subsidiary Independence Platinum Limited, and currently
works as a consultant to Atomaer Holdings, a shareholder in Braemore. He is a
geologist and investment analyst with over 25 years experience in the resource
finance and mineral resources industries specializing in platinum group metals,
nickel and gold. He is also a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and
Metallurgy, a Senior Affiliate of the Securities Institute of Australia and a
member of the Geological Society of South Africa

David Humann, Chairman of Braemore, commented: 'The Board would like to thank
Hamish for the significant contribution he has made to developing the platinum
and nickel business over his 15 months with Braemore.

The Company are fortunate to have David Russell and Clayton Dodd step into the
role of acting Joint Chief Executive Officers to continue progress on the
development of our platinum and nickel projects for the time being, whilst we
search for a new Chief Executive Officer. This process is well advanced and a
further announcement will be made in due course.'

Pretty sudden departure of the CEO no reason given?

09.13.36 and 10 seconds later a load of stop losses triggered by mm's. When will people learn that if they want to keep a sound investment, then don't set them.

It just makes it easy for mm's to make money by forcing sp down, for cheap shares.

Why did the CEO quit?

Well i bought some at 9.7p, seems to be the support level. If they dropp further i will consider buying more. Whatever, these latest are for my bottom draw, probably
2010/11 before the real potential of this company is realised. So anything above 12.5p then will beat any saving's plan.

8.32p to buy, many thanks to proactiveinvestors, I've stopped my subscription.

P/active imo give solid information on known facts which may be missed by the ordinary investor, its for us to decide what to do with it and when to invest?This company must be judged on a 2/3 year time frame.
Still if your down on your investment it sometimes hard to swallow, so think of it as a long term investment and if possible top up on dips, thats my plan.

In the meantime what is happening to the company after the sudden departure of the CEO? It is all very well saying sit on your hands and do nothing but for all shareholders know things may be going from bad to worse. It appears from the daily trades BRR sp is being "walked down" by the MM's.

Could fall to 5/6p now that would be interesting.

Those 3 large "sells" late this afternoon may well have been delayed trades due to their size with the bargain struck earlier in the day when they would have been "buys". Don't see the price rising even by only 0.15p net on the day, if they were sells. So someone love's us.

Mind you chart still looks awful - need to get back above 10.25p and climbing - and the disappearing CEO is indeed leaving sentiment vulnerable (except those large buys, presumably in the know). Chairman said search for his replacement was at an "advanced stage" - so I guess it was not a surprise to him, so why did he leave so suddenly without a replacement - couldn't wait to go, or wasn't allowed to stay?

I cut my losses a while back but I'm now getting interested again. The technology hasn't changed and it only needs a big miner to get more involved for the sp to rise again. The CEO could well have been too bullish in his announcements as he left after falling out with the board--so it's said on the other side.

Also worth noting that the temps running the co. were the previous people in charge so they are not novices.
