Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Own up Ian - I think this e mail actually went to everyone. I got one and log in pretty much every day.

problems here in spades -wont let me in on a saved password-level 2 keeps going down -whats going on.

Can I have access back to Interday charts please. I do have access despite what the website says.

getting this when i click on trades, have logged out and logged back in to no avail.

No use IanT, still being told to upgrade.

I have just tried to access Market Scan and am told that my subscription does not permit access !!

can access l2 now but not stockwatch

I have just logged in as you and have been able to access market scan, and although I believe this problem was caused by us, could you try the following as I believe it may be due to a session problem can you clear out your cookies, and logout and then resatrt your machine.

If any of youa re having this issue could you please try this as well?
