If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

GD,
As the delivery takes a few weeks to set up, the magazine can be delivered for 2 or 3 weeks after the end of the year sub to make sure you receive your full 51 issues. In order to continue to receive the magazine for the next year you would need to resubscribe, and this would also give you access to the premier features on the site again,
Ian

GD,
You subscribed on 24/04/06 last year, your sub came up for renewal on that date this year 24/04/07

cyberraja,
The main issue has been resolved, and we are working on any residual problems - the price should be updating correctly, but if you see any anomalies on any stock please let us know and we will look into it,

cyberraja,
It would appear that both of these stocks are SEAQ stocks, and unfortunately, due to the nature of the problems we experienced we would have lost data on MM quote moves during this period, which is why you are seeing the price difference. We are working on systems to prevent this from happening in the future and I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

i dont understand, should the yoo level 2 price be showing an incorrect quote ? and if so how long will it last.

cyberraja,
Unfortunately, yes the YOO level 2 is showing an incorrect quote from TEAM MM, the bid and offer are correct at 0.85 and 0.95. This is due to the lost data. Unfortunately at this point in time there is no way to recover that lost data, so the quote will only change when/if the MM changes it today. As I say, we are working on recovery systems should anything like this happen in the future, but we cannot correct this manually today.
Again I apologise for the inconvenience,
Ian
