If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Guys, whilst MAM do seem to have their share of problems - which afflict most suppliers of data from time to time - the folks here are responsive and try to resolve things as openly and quickly as possible. Which I've never had from any other financial website. It frustrates me as well but I know things won't be long getting resolved here. Needless to say I have no connections with MAM other than having been here from the beginning.

I would agree with Mr Seymour that this website is No1 for customer help either on the phone or updates on the screen and a credit to IanT who has to get the problem's sorted, another thing also and this is only my opinion that people only make a comment when the systen goes wrong and Never complement them when the system works 99.999% of the time.Once again i have no connections to MAM and yes i have also been here since the site was launched infact pre-launch.
There may be a slight problem with the system but rest assured they will get it back up and running as quick as possible.
Rick.........a happy customer 99.999% of the time :-))

Agree with above, having just come over as a subscriber from another site (name not mentioned).
Whilst it is frustrating (according to my wife if my fuse (not being rude) got any shorter I would explode) this site does as said respond very quickly.
The last site I was on often ignored you for days.
Computers. A bit like women, I suppose. Cant live with them cant live without them.

Clicking on some of the companies News buttons are increasingly giving some non company related news.. for example today Shanks SKS. gives info on Wallmark & Merryl Lynch which does not seem Shanks related at all.
Any ideas please Ian?

Stan,
It would appear that these stories include mentions of Saks which shares the same epic code, but is traded in the states. We will refer this to our supplier, as they seem to be confusing this because they share the same epic.

To all,
Just for your info happened on SEO (Stanleco) today when it was referring to Newron/Merck Serono. Stanelco not mentioned in release. I appreciate it occures if the Epic is same. I happens on many sites. Can't see how this can be overcome, but you never know.

Can't be that difficult to discriminate can it?
If It's UK It's In and If It's not UK then It's not In. Is that simple logic not possible to use with computer software?
Just curious as a non computer Tech. minded user -):

Just a grey screen that appears before you usually get the watchlist itself.
