If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Mad,
I had the same problem when I updated to Vista (are you a Vista upgrade). McAfee conflicts with parts of Vista, and my stockwatch was suffering the same as yours. My son disabled MS firewall and put on the Windows one. I also think he tweaked something else, not sure.
I will get back to you probably tomorrow when I can contact him.

Mad,
Contacted my son. He can't remember what else he did, so if you are Vista/McAfee it may be worth disabling their firewall and putting on Windows own, to see if that cures it.
It worked for me.

Ian - They are indeed, but not enough buys. I don't suppose you can fix that as well! Many thanks.

Minor issue but I've got the same problem as last week with Digital Edition of Shares mag.
Some companies not linked via Index to their write up. EG Arm, Emi
NB These companies have only 1 article in the issue so it's not the same as Bae, for example, which has 2 articles and you have to click on the page number instead of the company name.

Bolshi,
Apologies for that - we are looking into it now.

Ian,
I have MoneyAM on my browser favourites, as its .com version.
The last couple of days, when I click on it I go to the home page, and all the tabs are there but the central bit shows page not found! All tabs work so I can go round the site, and the home tab shows home page as normal.
Clicking the logo also shows page not found.
Not a great problem, or even a pain in the arse, just odd and I wondered if you were aware of it.

alan,
I have not seen anything similar here - does it doe the same if you just go to www.moneyam.com instead of through your favourites? You may also want to try clearing out your temp internet files and re booting after that to see if that helps. If not can you send me a screen shot of what you see - ian@moneyam.com
Thanks
Ian

Ian,
Does the same if I type the address in the browser and after I have emptied my temp files.
Will post you a screenshot, but don't lose sleep. Not really an issue!!

Ian,
Still does the same on AOL, even after clearing temp files, cookies and rebooting the machine, the IE is fine!!
Must be some kind AOL thing.

Alan,
Yes it would appear so - I think it is a case of a cached page in the AOL browser, but I unfortunately have no idea how to clear it from that browser I am afraid.
