Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

I doubt they'd let Fred into Switzerland for him to be able to sneak back. But hey, it's certainly an interesting concept.

i don't mind the likeness, but prefer the sentiment
of course, it's little different from what was assuredly widespread in the 50s and probably 60s too

By the way, is Osborne's selling off the "country's silver" trying to paper future holes in his "financial" policies?
Or goodies and payments for friends in "high" places?

certainly if you lived in thanet/medway and other areas that have been very badly affected by uncontrollod immigation, you might be inclined to temper your silliness, albeit that that is unlikely

It's getting desperate....
The only way to stop the Corbyn juggernaut is for Liz Kendall to pull out
Not only that, but Andy Burnham and Yvette Cooper need to get real about the threat they face - and unite against the hard Left
By Dan Hodges

Jeremy Corbyn has stumbled. Or rather, he has been tripped up. The offending leg belonged to one of his own supporters, Dave Ward, the Communications Workers’ Union chief. As he was unveiling his union’s endorsement, Ward angrily proclaimed: “The grip of the Blairites and individuals like Peter Mandelson must now be loosened once and for all. There is a virus within the Labour party, and Jeremy Corbyn is the antidote.”
Purging the party of the undesirable elements who were responsible for Labour actually winning general elections is in an important part of the Corbynite project. But no one else is supposed to be in on the secret. Which is why a couple of days later the statement “Unity is our watchword” appeared emblazoned across Corbyn’s campaign website.

Only good thing about Andy Burnham is that he is an Evertonian. Corbyn is my vote to seal the deal that Labour will never get back into power. The only Ace in the pack for Labour is David Miliband making a sudden comeback the only guy with half a brain out of the lot of them. Fingers crossed that ship has well and truly sailed. LOL!!!

Easily done.

Re Labour I agree there Chris, with Corbyn taking them so far to the left, they will be in the wilderness for a long time which is not healthy politics, a creditable opposition is always required. Maybe UKIP will fill the void Labour leave. Re David Miliband that is something I alluded to here as well.
